Great service from this couple! Bought a car in October and had some problems which were unforseen. Euna & Sam were easy to deal with and repaired the car under warranty no problems. They even collected the car and returned it to me. Highly recommend and will use again in the future
Please avoid this garage we bought a car a few months ago. which was advertised as excellent condition and was assured it was perfect inside and out we paid for the car before arriving to the garage as we were coming quite a distance. What a disaster. The rear bumper was so badly damaged we had to get it repaired, the back window wiper completely seized. We were told that its because its an older car but as a good will gesture they would pay for the costs. However with various emails back and forth never got a response. Please do not ever buy from this garage I have told alot of people regarding my experience here.
I would like to thank both euna and Sam for the fantastic service and help with buying this car it's never missed a beat, the car was fully serviced before collecting it and anything that might have needed done for an mot was done so thank you guys so much I highly recommend Galloway Motors a true family run company.
Bought an audi a3 from this garage. Had it 2 days and car went into limp mode. After numerous calls and visits back to garage they eventually gave in and changed turbo and actuator. Car had years mot but needed wheel bearing 2 months after purchase. Had to get car recovered after brakes jammed on and needed calipers, discs, flexis and pads all round within 6 months but no advisories on the mot and only doing 2000 miles. Said they would fix other faults but never did. Have spent over £1500 in repairs in just over a year. Definitely avoid.
What can I say that the title does not say already , amateurs is a understatement. Galloway Motors don,t have the mental capacity to deal with any problems that arise with the car that you buy from them . Sam and Euna will happily jet off on holidays with your hard earned cash they got from you from buying one of there death traps ,yes death traps .they sold us a punto ,within 6 months the full sub frame came away and wishbones due to corrosion ,almost killing my nephew.i tried to contact them they were on holiday in the French alps not giving a f***. they said they would get in touch when they came back from holiday but they never did .we are now in the process of taking them to court to try and recover the costs which is more than the car is worth over 1000 pounds for repair bills. there answer is to bury there head in the sand and hope the problem will go away. a word of warning should you get her on the phone she will shout and scream and have a meltdown claiming that there is a family emergency that seems to be her circus trick to try and make you feel guilty and go away. that is all part of her act don't fall for it.
Very Impressed with the whole experience whilst buying my new car. Friendly, genuine couple who will go out their way to ensure you get the right car for you. Relaxed and welcoming, nothing was too much hassle. This is how car dealerships should be. Delighted with my new car and will certainly return to Galloway Motors again.

Bought an audi from Galloway Motors which was the exact spec i had been looking for from them last November had an issue with the power steering pump I did have a 3 month warranty so I thought, this would be an easy fix and never having dealt with a warranty company before I phoned to advise the garage on the 24/01/2019 of the problem and to find out what warranty I had and how I go about dealing with it. I was advised they would check and get back to me. I sent an email 25/01/2019 asking if they had found the details and got a reply advising I had a 3 month premium warranty and to contact the warranty company with the estimate for the repair which was £645.41. I did this on the 28/01/2019 they had my car on their system and they asked me when I bought the car, I said November 2018 and when did I notice the problem which was the week before only to be told that the warranty for my car had only been put on their system on the 25/01/2019 , this was the day after I contacted Galloway motors so my claim was denied. I tried to contact Galloway motors after that but did not get an answer to my calls or messages and emails which they had read. I finally got them on the phone to be told they had been on holiday for 2 weeks. I did ask why not reply in some way to advise that to save me from thinking I was being ignored. I have since then had an email apologising for the warranty company not being able to help due to an oversight on Galloway motors part and that I have now been upgraded to a premium warranty, which they advised me i already had how can you upgrade something that was not there which is not much use after the fact. I was advised that they would pay me £250 towards the cost of the repair which was the max on the warranty which is not correct on the premium warranty and that my garage bill costs being over inflated. I think not, these were genuine audi parts they advised that they had priced the repair at £180 + vat and £35 per hour for 2 hours labour. I have since told them I was not happy with the offer but would accept it as I have paid for the repair and need to get closure on this issue. Since then I have sent emails and messages and again I have been ignored by Galloway motors. I am a great believer in principle and customer service which Galloway motors are sadly lacking in its the old story when companies are selling you a product or service they are all over you and very nice until there is a problem then you find out how good a company is by how they handle their customer issues. I have written off ever getting anything from galloway motors so I think from now on I will be buying local at least you can see them face to face when there are any issues
