I was very disappointed with the aftercare service provided by Galloway Motors, actually there hasn't been any provided at all, In fact I haven't had any response to the numerous problems disvovered only two days after buying the Mercedes CLK 320. Two days after buying the car a loud creaking noise became apparent, I contacted Euna to make her aware but no offer of help was forthcoming, I had it looked at by an experienced mechanic only to discover the full rear suspension and bushes required to be replaced. I'm assured by the mechanic this didn't happen over the course of two days, I also discovered once getting the car home that the CD player is not working and there is a cassette stuck in the cassette compartment. Also the car kept cutting out occasionally at junctions which after being rescued by the AA turned out to be a sensor which required to be replaced. I contact the garage to offer them the chance to sort the entertainment system or alternatively meet half the cost of the replacement suspension, however you guessed right, no response from the garage. I left a fair and accurate review similar to this one and they dealt with that by deleting all their reviews and the facility to leave a review. I have now had to go down the legal route as the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Not a garage with buying a car from
