I purchased a vehicle from here In July. It was clean and in good condition. Not long after my months warranty ran out the fly wheel broke so I took it in and after expressing how unhappy I was they eventually agreed to pay half. Took them a week to sort out. Since then its been okay.

Bought our ford focus 10 plate from Gardwell Motor Co and after 2 wks after had a oil leak nd we took it bk to get fixed and there mechanic could not fix properly. Then after having the car 2 month the service oil indication came on so put it in for a full service only to be told we need 4 new tyres 3 tyres were at 3mm nd 1 was at 2 mm which is shocking ! Also wen we phoned up to get our car put bk into get the repair they said they coukd give me a courtesy car but had to pay my own insurance. Shocking.
Bought my skoda Octavia December 2011 to b used as a private hire taxi - 5 years 200,000 miles later & it's still going strong- now that's value for money -
No complaints at all, they were really helpful when I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander back in May. The car is fantastic and it was really good value for money. everything was so quick and easy and I couldn't have asked for more! I will certainly be recommending them.

I was sold an absolute shed by gardwell motor co and now three months down the line and i have a car with a knackered engine. please have a think before accepting a car with a one month warranty. found out a week later they had also sold another pile of junk to a girl i deliver to. bodged up and by passed wiring. sold the same time and went tits up at the same time.

Hey man I'm in the exact same situations they have had my car nearly 4 months now been fighting with the finance company from the 26 april the company is a joke

I am having same problem. I bought a car in August and on Dec the cylinder head gasket went. The broker and company i got money from are fighting it now.
Nicely greeted when you arrive at Gardwell Motor Company and then your are left alone with no pressure to buy anything. We did purchase and it was a first class service we received and totally satisfied when we picked the car up
I would definitely recommend Gardwell Motor Co to anybody they were brillaint, they were so quick, so polite and really helpful. I've had the car 2 months now and it's still running perfectly.

The sale went really well, no problems at all. They brought the car out to me for me to take a look at, on the day they let me use their computer to tax the car, good service all round.
