Do not ever buy a car from here. They lie to people sell dodgy cars that break down month of using them if not the same day. Got my car for £2000 Water pump faulty with loads of sealant inside, thermostat not working, expansion tank cracked. Later on I found out the catalyst in the exhaust blocked and corroded, the head gasket blown up, the radiator needs replacing. Took the car to them to fix on warranty, waited 3 weeks no communication, when I got sick of it I drove 2h from my house to talk to them my car was all dirty parked under the tree not been worked on for weeks. Been told by the garage that he told the dealership already the car is not fixable and wont be drivable again due to them putting radweld in before and every little gap and pipe is blocked. Went to get a refund and he was so arsy and rude told me to fuck off and also only gave me half of my money back and its still not in my account.

We bought a car from garrison cars our experience was brilliant.any question you asked about the car they answered excellent customer service.car was cleaned and washed before we got it. We are very happy with our experience told our friends how good the place was also would definitely buy a another car from them nothing but praise to all the staff all very professiona and helpful.

bought a car 6 months ago, strangely no log book or service history. The car was nearly 7k when i bought it and i have just found out by we buy any car .com that my car was in a major accident before i bought it and the value is 2,700. Not sure if that is legal for the garage to sell me a car with a category write off and not tell me. Just dont deal with these people.

GOT CAR BACK IN APRIL PASSED ITS MOT IN NOVEMBER 2020. LOOKING BACK ON MOT REPORT FIRSTLY FAILED ON NOVEMBER 7th AND THEN PASSED ON 8th. JUST HAD YEARLY MOT DONE AND WAS FAILED FOR SOMETHING IT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN RAISED AS A MINOR 2 YEARS AGO BUT WASNT RAISED ON MOT WITH GARRISONS LAST YEAR. THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE IS RESULTING IN ME HAVING TO GET A WHOLE NEW REAR SUSPENSION, WHICH HAS SEVERELY CORRODED AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CORRODE THE AMOUNT IT HAS WITHIN THE 7 MONTHS OF HAVING IT!!! PLUS THEY DIDNT SEND OVER THE V5C LOG BOOK AND HAS NO COMMUNICATION ONCE GOT THE CAR… ALL THEY WANT IS YOU MONEY … AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEY GET IT. ME A NEW LEARNER DRIVER AND THEY FUCKED ME OVER ! WARY OF GOING ANYWHERE NOW -DONT DESERVE ANY STAR RATING !

I looked at some of the reviews on this site but I must say I experienced no such problems. I did an HPI check prior to my visit to Garrisions Trade Centre and the car was as described in the online advertisement. Had a test drove, completed the paperwork and the car was delivered to my address the following day. Should the need arise in the future I would visit Garrision Trade Centre again

They fix damaged vehicles that have no damage history and sell them at a premium. Would be ok if the repairs were good but the vehicle I saw that was only 1 year old, had major cosmetic body work done and to a low standard. I drove all the way from London on the promise that I'd have my £100 deposit refunded. 2 months later and I'm still waiting. Avoid them. Plenty of decent and honest dealerships around. Just not these guys.
