I bought my Honda civic from Garrison Trade Centre back in November 2019 for £1300 and it's been a nightmare ever since. Since buying the car the ignition barrel has been replaced (for £700) and now the gear box, front passenger window, ABS and catalytic converter have all gone too. My local garage, who I know/trust have said that there is no way it's going to get through it's next MOT and that any experienced mechanic would have spotted all these issues when I bought the car. I have decided to sell the car as I don't feel like I can rely on it to safely/reliably transport me and my baby around. Webuyanycar.com have offered me £250 for it pending a full inspection. I'm basically looking at 10 months of motoring for £1750! I'm really disappointed - this was my first car, which I spent extra on so that I could get something good and reliable. I wish I hadn't listened to the dealer when he said it was a great car and aside from the body work it would run and run.

Brought a car from Garrison Trade Centre travelled all the way from Kent , didn’t give me a paper mot certificate and took my money. It now in the garage 6 days later with 5 things wrong with total of £690 later ! The man said he would come and pick it up but that not 30 days warranty I brought the vehicle so it’s mine ! Could of paid for the repairs but only wants to pay a small fraction doubt I’ll get.
Bought a car from Garrison Trade Centre...all seemed ok on the website write up but in reality the car was not roadworthy and a hazardous. No logbook was given upon payment. Was told it would be delivered with the car but it wasn't. Then was told when i send the green slip off, the DVLA would send me the log book but it would take a few weeks to get to me but it never arrived. When the car was dropped off at mine with no log book or service history and only one key was given st time of purchase saying there was only one key. There was numerous problems with the car and they attempted to repair it but failed miserably. I was still experiencing the same problems. When I finally took the car back after he offered me a replacement, he said he would sort my payment out for a refund but im still waiting.
Part exchanged my car with Garrison Trade Centre, the one I bought is a pile of crap and the one I gave them ended up being driven round the country getting me fines for speeding and driving in the bus lane, They didn't send in the V5 etc to DVLA to transfer my details. It was supposed to be scrapped but was being driven round by some scrote getting up to allsorts and I now have to try and sort all this out. Im going to report them to trading standards and the police.
I bought a car from Garrison Trade Centre and within a week, I returned it. Firstly, they told me the car was ready so I went to collect it and it was still in the garage having a light changed arrived. Therefore, was not valeted as they had promised it would be. Secondly, the light bulb went out the day after I purchased and when I took it to be replaced, the mechanic told me that the lights were misaligned and the bulbs had been put in incorrectly. Therefore, this made me have my doubts so I went to an independent mechanic to get him to look the vehicle over. The independent mechanic found several problems and stated that the vehicle was not roadworthy and stood no chance in a crash. A second opinion was obtained from another independent mechanic who stated the same things. Although they refunded me for the faults as the damage underneath the car was evident and could not be denied, I have since had to contact the garage about retrieving some of my property - Correspondence has been extremely poor and they are now ignoring any attempts of contact.

Garrison trade centre Limited formerly Midlands Trade Centre Ltd - “The name you can trust” – unfortunately prime example of a dealership that cannot be trusted and should be avoided at all costs. I was sold a vehicle that had significant number of faults. Surprisingly it just passed MOT. An independent inspection revealed repair costs in excess of £600 a week after passing an MOT. MOTs done by this dealer are not genuine and cannot be trusted. If you think this dealer is quick to reply to your queries, just wait till you come across a problem with your vehicle. Paid extra for a warranty which never arrived “it will be sent to your email the next day” do not fall for this, it’s a complete lie to get more money out of you. Rejection letters ignored. Court action had to be taken to recover costs.
