we took our car to gates of harlow due to ecoboost issues, eg: degas pipe, matrix leaking, expansion bottle leaking, then also losas of power, then the oil light stayed on in the end, Ford crc have been told by gates of harlow its not ecoboost issue so refuse to repair the car - under their 100% warranty claim

The car was brought over to Harlow from their Stevenage branch. The car has been back many times to be resprayed in places and other faults. The dealership to their credit have taken on and fixed the faults but its been backwards and forwards so much i've barely had the car.

I can't fault anything about Gates of Harlow, the guy i dealt with was great, I've had the car a couple of months now and it's been good as gold, absolutely fantastic car dealership I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
