Bought a car months ago and apparently brakes has been fitted other way round, bolts not tightened. MOT is fake and same with Insurance - all just ticked as fine, when clearly car was not fit for driving and was DANGEROUS! So one day brakes completely went on the motorway - could of killed my family and other people on the motorway. RAC technical was in shock and local mechanic had to fit all new brake system. Gateway Car sales saying it's not their fault, however car hasn't been in any other garage after we bought it. Won't respond to emails and complaint, so I'm going further and will claim all expenses back + compensation. Ridicilous company and owner should be in prison! He wouldn't be ignorant if his own daughter would of been in that car!

This echoes my experience with these sharks. £400 of work needed for my MOT which should have been picked up on theirs. Only 6000 miles later
Their cars always have hidden faults and then they want nothing to do with you once purchasing, even if it’s the next day. Avoid
Please do your research before you think about purchasing a vehicle from Milan Femi. I really wish I had before buying a vehicle from his previous company. We had the car delivered and what should have been an exciting time, it quickly turned into a horror show. The vehicle arrived with completely worn tyres on the inside (not shown on photos) a broken coil spring and serious suspension issues! He would not entertain any sort of resolution. It went to court we won the con and he closed the business starting up the next day as gateway cars. Please be warned he is as fake as most of his google reviews!
Bought a Audi a3 M80YYS on the 29/3/2024 from jay had the car for less than 24 hours and the engine management light came on the car was vibrating and would jerk called jay and he assured me the car was fully checked, I then took it to a garage to get looked at and 3 of the 4 cylinders was misfiring they had a look further and the spark plugs looked like they have never been changed and even missing part of them (see pictures) despite paper work saying they had been changed before I received the car jay then told me I need to bring the car back as it’s under warranty to manchester I explained I live in the West Midlands I am unable to get the car to u as the car only does 30mph he then said it’s ur responsibility to get it back to us, even tho it’s their responsibility to check the car over to begin with which they obviously failed to do.I ended up paying £180 to get the car towed to Manchester. The car then arrived there on 8/4/24 I’ve since been lied to and told apparently I caused the damage, they now don’t pick up when I call them I’ve lost all trust in the car and the whole company, my finance company have attempted to contact them but they are dragging there feet and trying to make the process as long as possible it’s now 18/4/2024 and they wont admit they sold a faulty car with forged documents and insist I caused the damage DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Purchased an Audi was promised all checks went went and full service was done however within 24 hours engine issue was found. Took it to Audi themselves this had been an undergoing problem but Gateway failed to mention. Sent back and blamed us for the damage. Also denied refund. Similar reviews with their Audis wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same one.
Excellent service from both the Jay the salesman and Milan the owner. They even delivered the car for me and spent time showing me how to operator things inside the car. I bought a great car at a good price. very happy with my purchase and will definitely use them again.
