Bought a car months ago and apparently brakes has been fitted other way round, bolts not tightened. MOT is fake and same with Insurance - all just ticked as fine, when clearly car was not fit for driving and was DANGEROUS! So one day brakes completely went on the motorway - could of killed my family and other people on the motorway. RAC technical was in shock and local mechanic had to fit all new brake system. Gateway Car sales saying it's not their fault, however car hasn't been in any other garage after we bought it. Won't respond to emails and complaint, so I'm going further and will claim all expenses back + compensation. Ridicilous company and owner should be in prison! He wouldn't be ignorant if his own daughter would of been in that car!

Of all the cars i've bought over the 42 years of driving this is without a doubt by far the worst car ever. I would never buy anything from there again. Told me there was 3 month warranty and when i rang them about an ABS issue the told me it had not been registered with them so had to pay myself as they wouldn't answer calls

World class service, exactly what you want from a car dealership. Luke is such a breath of fresh air, so knowledgeable and professional but always so helpful - nothing is too much for this man. Gateway motorcars is my first port of call whenever I look for a new car now - I'd recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time dealing with Gateway and have been really impressed. It's easy access from the motorway with a dry indoor showroom. I dealt with Luke who couldn't do enough to help me and my family. It's very rare I post reviews but after the service I got from Luke and Gateway, I wanted to show my appreciation, so thank you Luke and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.
