Family run business. Sales Team are knowledgeable about their product and very helpful. I had a long wait for my Honda CRV (no fault of the dealership but problem with Honda UK delivering the car) but they kept me informed. As a result I told the dealership that I would want the new plate given that I was going to have to wait five months for the car. They understood and were obliging on that. Given that I had waited so long, they did try to give me the HP deal when I originally order which was less advantageous than new deal so I pointed this out and they agreed to let me have the better deal which saved me quite a bit! Service team are generally OK but you need to be aware to ensure they renew road assistance every year.

Shopped around several dealerships for my Wife's Honda CRV, found a 23 plate black one with black leather interior .Looking around ,pleased to say no salesman jumped all over me pretending to be my new best friend , I told reception I was interested in that particular car and Stuart sat me at his desk, went through the car details and upon showing him my driving licence I took it for a proper test drive. We returned and I showed interest in buying the car, we arranged a deal both were happy with and collected it yesterday. Stuart was a joy and pleasure to deal with, no pushy attitude ,no motormouth sales spiel, pleasant with a sense of humour and very personable, explained everything ,answered all questions fully and showed us all the relevant paperwork, the experience with him was first class. Got the car home, spotless, a great job done by the valet team, overjoyed with the car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I am so pleased to have used Gatwick Honda for my new used car. They were so helpful. The team ensured the car was brilliantly presented and fully serviced before collection. The maintenance team have been really professional and took time to explain a few of the items on the car for me. Compared to some car dealers Gatwick Honda are a breath of fresh air, thoroughly recommended.

just got a new Honda HR Charlotte at Gatwick Honda was very professional from start to finish. I made an appointment and she talked me through what they had to offer. I took Harry for a test drive. Loved him! There was no pushy sales pitch Having discussed options with charlotte I did part payment/ finance. I felt relaxed and at ease with her esp as her knowledge on Honda are outstanding.Thank you Charlotte. Would recommend

Would never buy from them, went to buy a 2nd hand Civic which was over priced by £681 according to Autotrader. 1st offer we gave £4400 the salesperson went off to speak to Manager, came back said No, 2nd offer £4500 off back to see manager came back said Manager said No. 3rd offer £4600 off back to see Manager, this time Manager came back with salesperson. Manager SAID you knew what the Price of car was before you came and that is what we want. No leeway what so ever and rather Rude. This was a very Bad Experience and would recommend you look elsewhere you can get a Much Better Deal.

I don’t know how good Honda Gatwick are when you have bought a car from them but they are useless when you want to buy one. Will definitely not recommend them.
