I brought a car from Gatwick Motor World back in 2017 and had a fabulous service from them so I returned in 2024 to purchase another car from them. I was not disappointed. I did not feel pressured when searching for my new car. Barry was friendly and answered all my questions relating to the new car. I waited about 5 to 7 days to collect the car and it was worth the wait. Gatwick Motor World after service is absolutely outstanding and Nicole and the team went above and beyond to assist me. I would recommend to Friends and Family. A great car and great service.

Having bought a car there a dozen years ago, I had high hopes of getting another good car. My hopes weren't dashed. Great car, great price and thoroughly chuffed. Must say that Barry was excellent, he really went the extra mile and did everything he could to get the car too us as quickly as possible - over the Easter weekend too. Would thoroughly recommend dealing with them and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Good service, great car, good people.

Avoid car sent back paid 3 weeks finance and no car due to issues !

Gatwick motor world could not have been more helpful when it came to selling us out car, with everything promised and nothing to much. Well all I can say is purchase your car from here if you want to be ignored time and time again when there is a problem. Collected the car which had not been done up to the standard previously discussed when we viewed, but in need of a car after collection date being moved and then moved again by them I overlooked the small details and drove the car off of the forecourt. Only to find after 2 minutes in the driving seat the electronics not working on the wing mirror. Went back and was promised this would be rectified. Well more fool me for trusting that. This was 4weeks ago and since then just excuse after excuse, ignored phone calls and emails. Still no fixed wing mirror and still no follow up. Great customer service guys!!

Went to Gatwick Motor World as I live in Brighton and didn’t have a car (easy walk from train. Station at Haywards Heath). They were very helpful and listened to our list of wants and were able to sort us out with a car (an old Ford Focus estate). Once we’d chosen the car it all was processed quickly and efficiently. People since have said we got a decent deal, but I think it’s fairly standardised pricing (with the internet making prices easy to check). Very pleased and would recommend.
