Has some very committed and helpful staff and others not so. Had to book my car with in with another garage even after having spent a lot of money on service and repairs. Disappointing really.

My daughter was buying a car from here but the bank screwed up and after leaving a deposit she couldn't get the funds. She don't earn alot so didn't want finance which GmW offered. There were not obliged to give any of the deposit back but they understood the issue and were very helpful. For me they had very good customer service.

I purchased a car last year from Gatwick Motor World. However when I took it to my garage for Service and MOT, the mechanic had a question regarding the car's service history. I telephoned the dealership and was told they would find out and call me back. I waited a week then telephoned again. A member of staff pleaded ignorance regarding my previous enquiry but promised to get back to me. After another week with no call, I e-mailed the Company and these months later there is no reply. I really get annoyed with people who give you the run-around like this; why not be honest and say 'We don't have the information and cannot help you.' instead of wasting the customer's time. So many companies do this now and don't realise that they are 'shooting themselves in the foot' by having such practices. I give them one chance and thereafter will not deal with them again because such behaviour makes my lose respect for them and paints them as unprofessional Footnote - The enquiry regarding my purchase potentially affected the safety of the car so you would think a dealership would take it seriously.
Never buy from Gatwick Motor World as car won't last long. My Qashqai is worse car ever. Had new mot from GMW passed no advisories but suspension bangs , wears tyres, suspension is shot on front. They aren't bothered as car drives even tho it's not safe.

I have had some electrical issues with my Honda from Gatwick Motor Company, I have had some work done on it but it's still not quite right. The dealers have been quite helpful and the car was a reasonable price. I would recommend this dealership based on the service but would suggest having the car thoroughly checked over.

Just purchased car from Gatwick Motor World in Haywards Heath. With 6 months warranty. Their own warranty. Not interested in sorting my 8 problems out. Put bit grease here and their but say they done this. When i had a look they done nothing. Worse car ive brought. Dont touch a car from them. It wont last long.
Do not buy from Gatwick Motor World. Staff are incredibly rude. I bought a car that lasted 6 months and I was stupid enough to go back and buy another one which lasted 10 months. The staff are very very rude with bad attitude.
Not too bad. Having issues with the car but they are being dealt with quite quickly and efficiently. The car is very good value for money and I am happy with the service. I bought a Ford Focus which I found on their website.

Gatwick Motor Company were fantastic, nothing was a bother to them, with used cars issues are to be expected and when I had a fault with the exhaust they fixed it with a smile. I'd recommend them they have a massive variety of cars and the service during and after was exemplary.
