I can share my feelings about GBI cars because it has been 3 months now that I have had my car that I bought from here. I thought they were very good and I can report that I've had no issues with the car since. I summary anyone buying from here will receive a good overall service.

Had a couple of issues as I picked the car up quickly and they hadnt done a full p.d.I check. I did say this should have been done before being on sale.The number plates were cracked and oil level not checked along with a problem with air-conditioning but to GBI Cars credit they fixed it very quickly in one day. In the end I had to get the number plates done myself. The car was quite expensive but very clean.
Fantastic service, I must admit after experiencing this dealer myself I am surprised at the first review from ROSS. When buying the car the sales person (Gary) said that as the vehicle has only 5 months MOT he would do a new one FREE of charge. He also included the service as it was due and a 12 months free breakdown cover with the AA. From start to finish i was treated like i was in a main dealer even though the car i was buying was 7 years old. When viewing other dealers i found that cars were being described as 'immaculate' and they were far from it. My Polo was in the true sense of the word IMMACULATE and had FULL service history. I have had my VW Polo for 2 months now and its honestly the best one i have ever had. In saying that i have only owned 3 cars! :-) Thanks GBI , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
My question is to Ross who has recently dealt with this company. We have today looked at a car with them and are looking at buying. We are very dubious at buying cars at the moment due to buying from a dealer in aylesbury 2 years ago and due to miss selling we have only just got our money back via the bailiffs. Are you able to explain a little more on your experience with this company . Starting to wonder if any dealer is honest... Sarah
I was sold a car that was completely un-roadworthy and dangerous. Within 7 days the car broke down, I had to pay £300 for new coils for the engine and the car had the wrong tyres on, which the manager knew about as he told us it had the correct run flat tyres on. He was also aware after a conversation we had during the test drive that I would be regularly travelling with my new born baby in the car. I only drove the car short distances for 1 week and was then given a defund for £800 less than what I paid for it, even tho I had spent a further £300 on fixing it. Decision to return it was made when advised by a trusted mechanic that all brake discs and brake pads were worn down as far as they could be. The attitude of the manager at GBI Cars when we informed him of the defects was that we should just return the car and that he would just sell it as it was in its dangerous state to someone else. This is awful behaviour and I urge anyone going to this place to buy a car to think twice and to probably just look elsewhere! GBI Cars is a disgrace!!!
