It had been a journey, trying to find the right car for me through GC Motors. But thanks to the hard, tireless work of Siobhan, we finally found the right one! Upon first impression, Siobhan seemed very down to earth, very smiley and genuine! And also, very persuasive! I was never really in the market to buy a new car until I met her whilst out in the forecourt, just simply browsing. However, Siobhan convinced me, for the better, that I should go for it! Which, now, I’m so grateful for. Siobhan helped me for around 4 months getting my credit score as high as possible. Gave me tips on saving money and paying bills, all which would help my chances of getting accepted for finance. Alongside this, she also worked hard with the buying team to find me the right car. After a patient wait, she finally found one for me. The wait was more than worth it! I was always kept in the loop, never left guessing. I knew 99% of the time what the team at GC were doing for me, due to the brilliant, communicative way that Siobhan was doing her job. Now in June, I have my car and I am beyond pleased with it. I wouldn’t be sat in that car if it wasn’t for Siobhan and her hard work, help and financial advice. Over this period of time, we developed a great, friendly relationship. A very positive overall sale / purchase experience with GC Motors. Alistair was easy to deal with when putting the deal together and Callum was great pre and post the deal being agreed. Callum concluded the sale / purchase on the day of collection. The main thing was being left alone to look over / inspect the new car without pressure or distraction. Callum never appeared to be trying to rush things through and was always on hand if required.

From start to finish dealing with GC MOTORS was a pleasure. Once I’d made initial enquiries about the car I was interested in Siobhan responded and had a chat over the phone with me about the car. She then sent me a video showing the finer details of the car. I made arrangements to travel to Harrogate to view in person, finalise the paperwork and collect the car. Once we arrived at GC MOTORS we were welcomed by a very friendly and personable team. Siobhan took us through the sale process and Jason had some input too. Both lovely people to talk to in general and not just about cars 😊 They ensured we were happy with the car and finalised the sale. We had a very good experience with this dealer, and a nice day out in Harrogate. I’d check their stock out in future as they have some very choice vehicles to offer. Saw a car I liked on Autotrader on your forecourt, left an email and was contacted promptly. Called at the garage on a Saturday as its 50+ miles away and had a chat and a test drive. Agreed on a few add on and picked the car up 5 days later after its preparation work done, very efficient, car ,love it!!
