Sale staff are very helpful but unfortunately once you've bought your car that's when it goes down hill I notice that my car had some accessories in the advert after getting home I noticed that they were missing after 2 weeks of phone calls to be told (if we come across any we will forward them on) there is no excuse if in the advert description its clearly there,However there loss when I come to buy another car
Just excellent, dealt with Alistair from start to finish with the purchase of my RS3. Really helpful and answered questions really quickly. The entire process was simple and quick. An amazing team of people and thank you for my amazing car!!

GC Motors completely belie the reputation of a second hand car dealer. Luke Dimsdale was the consummate professional from start to finish. Firstly reaching agreement on a fair price, organising the collection of the car from the South East the next day and arranging payment immediately the driver was happy the condition of the car was as I had described it. I would have no reservations in recommending GC and Luke.

From the first initial enquiry all the way through to picking up my new vehicle Mike Bennett and his team were amazing. Every request or question I had were answered promptly and professionally. Mike was so easy to deal with, a great bloke and very knowledgeable. My part exchange request was dealt with superbly. I received a great trade in price and the vehicle I was buying was very reasonably priced. When I arrived at the showroom to conclude the deal the staff were very welcoming. Mike took away any stress of changing vehicles. Highly recommend these guys, top class from start to finish. Hope to do further business with them in the future.

GC Motors is over 230 miles from myself so was initially concerned travelling the distance if the car wasn't right for me. The car was very honestly described over the phone, followed up with a video and everything was pointed out with nothing hidden or kept 'hush hush' so i knew what i was buying as i then went and viewed the car before they had chance to prepare it. preparation standards are very high and I'm really happy with the purchase. Thanks!
