This is my 2nd car from GC Motors and I've had exactly the same experience on both occasions. I never felt pressurised or rushed on to making a decision, and any questions/queries I had (and there were lots!) were answered quickly. I've been made to feel like my custom is valued, and have walked away with the car I wanted at a realistic price. Put my obstacles in place to prevent me from leaving with my new vehicle. Spent 6 hours in an office, indirectly accused of fraud, requested an obscene amount of documentation from my partner and I including a mobile phone bill although, I had official identification. Refused to release the car until they had a driver drive me 4 hours to my home address to prove I lived at the address. GC Motors claimed this is what Happens when you buy a luxury car.
Only interested in selling add ins like finance or tracking devices, couldn’t get a Cash price from them . Lots of waffle. Avoid GC Motors.

My advice to anyone looking to sell their car to these, is to avoid them like the plague! I had an Auto Trader advert of my Bentley Continental for sale. GC Motors rang me to offer to buy it as they are low on stock atm and they do well with Bentley sales. I agreed a price to sell which i was happy with and sent all the supporting documentation to them. Everything was in order from the Monday and they had scheduled a driver to come to my property on the Friday to collect the vehicle. When the driver arrived he did a full inspection of the car. My vehicle is a 2015 facelift model Bentley and is in excellent condition inside and out with probably the most desirable spec. After a full inspection the told me there were a few marks (see attached pis) and that the roof and doors would need to resprayed! You can see from my thumb print the size of these marks. They the proceeded to tell me it would cost over £2,000 to do this and wanted me to meet them halfway on the cost, which i refused. There was a stonechip in the windscreen that they advised would cost £2,500 to repair/replace. I offered to have that carried out on my insurance as he excess for windscreen was £120. They would not budge on the reduced price offered and left without the car. A complete waste of my time. this is a 2015 car, the bodywork although immaculate would have a few stone chips here and there, its unavoidable. but to tell me they needed to respray the doors and roof for those marks is obscene. I buy and sell a lot of cars privately and GC Motors are probably the biggest jokers ive come across in the motor industry. Thinking of dealing with them....DONT!

Over the moon with car from gc motors, Being at an age of 22 and buying my dream car. Then didnt treat me any different. The car is as described. Me being very particular with cars they gave me the necessary time to look over the car and was more than happy with me to do though 1 million point checks. Mike was especially helpful and only been there once left like we became friends and filled me with confidence to pursue my dream. Many thanks again and highly reccomend GC.
I had been searching for my next dream car for weeks and Mike from GC Motors was extremely patient as I questioned him about quite a few of the fantastic cars on sale. He was not pushy at any point and made me feel comfortable and did not rush me on my decision. Upon visiting the showroom (an amazing place to be) I was given the opportunity to look at a few cars without any pressure whatsoever. Having finally decide to buy a beautiful BMW M5, the service continued to be excellent and I was informed every step of the way and kept in the loop. Prior to collection, I was contacted by Neely of after sales and taken through the process of handover and what I would need. Upon collection I was greeted by Neely and the service she provided was fantastic. She was such a friendly and informative young lady. In fact, the people that I met whilst in the showroom were all friendly and down to earth, considering the type of car they sell. It was a superb experience from start to finish. My car is superb and I will definitely be returning for my next purchase.
The salesman at GC Motors I spoke to clearly couldn't be bothered to come back to me despite me chasing several times and being told he would return my call. When I finally spoke to him, he was quite rude and obviously not interested in my business. I will never consider buying from them again in the future because if their sales are this poor I can't imagine how bad their aftercare is.
