Recently bought a 2013 Range Rover xclusive in white, gorgeous car, from the first phone call with salesman Mike till the pickup of the car was a fantastic experience, he was great at updating me when my car was ready & was making sure it was in prestige condition before I picked it up, also when I arrived back home in Northern Ireland he was checking in with me that I got home safely & that I was happy with the car.. I would highly recommend this company to buy your next Range Rover or a Lamborghini or the car of your dreams as these guys have the best of vehicles in the UK I will definitely be going back to GC Motors in a couple years time to purchase my next Range Rover. I recently bought a Range Rover from GC Motors when I was down passing through Harrogate. I was in a bit of a rush but Mike took my details and we came to a deal over the phone. Mike was very helpful and I found the whole process smooth and effortless. There was no sales Jargon and will definitely be using GC Motors in the future.
We would highly recommend gc motors for your automobiles. Fantastic staff who just tell you as it is. No leading you down the garden path just good honest straight forward cars and staff. We will return. Thanks Mike and the team for helping us find our lovely discovery.

I found dealing with Mike at GC MOTORS really easy and enjoyable. he was very informative. Full information was given on the phone. Bought a 9 month old Mercedes GLS this month, which started dripping off 'melted rubber' the next day once we'd left it on our rather hot drive(turned out to be the previous owner had applied cosmetic wrap around certain parts of the car and not told them - and they'd unfortunately failed to notice this during their 6 weeks with the car on their forecourt - even signing off a pre-delivery inspection report that no post market components had been applied to the car). Once we'd turned down three months' free rentals and explicitly repeated we wanted to exercise our short term right to reject the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, things got pretty nasty from there with the CEO calling me a blackmailer and other names when all we wanted was a working and decent car. It took nearly a fortnight of writing to the Ombudsman, finance company and initially G.C. Motors themselves before they accepted the car back, and then kicking off another drama regarding our refund. Every motorist should read up on the law and pay through HPI and use a credit card for any deposit so at least you've got plenty of laws backing you up in the event of a misadventure like this purchase. Also, the Right to Reject a vehicle is a good law to read up on as it doesn't only apply to the first 30 days, of buying a car and applies to cars up to 6 years old, dependent upon the mileage and condition of the car. Returned to buying new cars only from now on - all we want is a quiet life whereas this firm could have gained a customer for life if it hadn't responded so negatively to our initial report on the car having rubber peeling off from it. Saddened by it all.

I can totally reinforce what the buyer has experienced. I too rejected the car because of damage repairs (significant) not disclosed, quite the contrary, salesman stated no accident repairs at all and car is great conditions. The attitude towards customers then changed, in my case, they refused to give me back my part ex car unless if I paid them 2K. I am taking legal actions against them to get my car back and to recover my losses. Beware for any perspective buyers, you better hope that no serious fault and issues otherwise I think you can expect the same treatment. I read it on an article that The Motor used by GC was - “Treat customers fairly”, I think “make every penny from every customer” is more appropriate on their actions.
