Laura Covery on service reception has been excellent the 3 times I've dealt with GC Motors. Always polite and efficient with follow up as promised. Overall the service experience I've had has all been positive doing what has been required at a fair price.

This is a dealership that is unlike any other I have dealt with. Whether purchasing a car with a small budget or large, they will go out of their way to accommodate. I have been dealing with Tony Lanni now on multiple occasions and his professionalism has never slipped up once. On the first instance, you have your guard up as dealerships have a stereotypical reputation for being pushy and over the top but Tony and GC Motors are miles from being that at all. I am not one for reviews but if you are looking for excellent customer service, unique cars at competitive prices then GC Motors is the place. A very big thank you to Christian Barnard (the financial wizard) for pulling the GTR deal out of the bag!

Immaculate repair. Friendly service. Delivery delayed slightly but the right actions were taken to collect me and hand over my car very promptly. Laura, on service reception, was welcoming and helpful. + Lots of text to get to the 100 character minimum in order to be able to submit this review.

The Audi Q7 I bought from GC Motors a few weeks arrived without the essential V5C registration certificate. Concerned by this, I contacted the DVLA who informed me of the potentially dire consequences of driving a vehicle without it being registered and taxed in name e.g. it would render the insurance completely invalid. In addition, on the Gov.UK website the DVLA advises motorists to avoid considering vehicles without the V5C certificate (logbook) in order to minimise the risk of buying a stolen car. Although the salesman I spoke to promised me that the lack of documentation was not a problem and would immediately be sorted it took me a full 3 weeks of unanswered chasing to eventually get GC motors to register the car in my name. Only then was I able to tax the car. Trying to get an explanation from GC Motors for this blatant lack of due diligence has proven to be impossible as I have been passed around various departments with no one being willing or able to provide an explanation for what happened. Alarmingly, an admin person I spoke to brushed me off stating that ‘we do this all the time.’ The MD has also refused to speak to me as he seemingly lacks the humility and no doubt the courage to face up to his organisation’s obvious failings. Now that they have my money they obviously don’t remotely care. All these factors combined has created a huge amount of stress and hassle for me and the fact that I am still in the dark as to why there was such a delay between me paying for the car and having it registered in my name, I am left questioning the legitimacy of my purchase from GC Motors. I will now be forced to speak to Trading Standards to see if they can help me get to the bottom of this.
Avoid Gc motors at all costs, dishonest almost from start to finish and have only now resolved my issues because trading standards stepped in - my paintwork was damaged and it took months to get the wheels I purchased in my contract fitted. They sent either unhelpful or unprofessional emails nearly daily to make me give in and accept the car as it was. The MD even threatened to report the loan car stolen so I couldn't drive to work to force me to accept it. Do not give this company your cash unless you wish to be bitterly disappointed- saving a few £ on the screen price isn't worth it.
won't deal with gc motors again. They will say just about anything to get you to commit to buying. Then will try to change the deal originally offered. Clearly ONLY interested in how much they can make from you and not about the customer. I agreed a price only to be told the next day that they wanted more money...What a way to treat customers. They will try every trick in the book. They want everything on their terms. Beware!
I felt like the finance guy cheated me, he got me to sign for bodyshine, wheel shine and all the rubbish you don't need, I ended up with a insurance policy for 450.00 even though i told them time and time again i did not want it. They also add on extra costs for the wheels! My advice is to read the small print as they dont mention this at point of sale, all in all this was a terrible company to deal with. Avoid this company, you have been warned by a previous customer.
Avoid this car company at all costs. Everything looks nice and shiney on the outside until you stretch the surface of find a few problems. The girls on the reception phone are as nice as you could ever wish for. Trying to speak to service is awful. They never call back, fail to deliver at all ends. The salesman rings you 3 months into having the car and is advised of the issues....sure enough it's the last time you speak to the guy. Service is as poor as they come. Poor communication, promises and lies aswell as unfulfilling shoddy work carried out. No matter what car you purchase in future. Please consider carefully before you buy from this company. I will refrain from name call or bad mouthing the company but I am sure you get my drift.
I found dealing with GC Motors a very poor experience. Calls were ignored, and promises of being called back never resulted in them making contact. In my opinion these dealers are not to be trusted; very poor. Their prices are competitive, but if there was a subsequent problem their lack of integrity suggests there would be real problems. I know there are many others who feel the same. I believe GC Motors also employ review suppression software, making it difficult to find honest reviews about them.
Sales person.. Mark Godley Agreed to my purchase of Bentley GT at asking price. Agreed part exchange price for my vehicle. Agreed deal and they would email a sales form outlining agreement. And on receipt I would phone back with my card details for deposit of £2000. Phoned back 30 mins later to say sorry car sold can't help you.
