This company has many fake reviews. The service is appalling. This company just don’t seem to want any business. I have called and called. Emailed and emailed again and nothing. I have been promised call backs and replies to emails and nothing. They clearly don’t want any business. Would be useful to get hold of the owner Sardar Hussain to see if he knows how his business is being run. This is why I stick to main dealers. If you can’t even get a response trying to buy a car from GCS Car Sales imagine if you were trying to sort out an after sales issue. Avoid!

They are a cowboy dealership. Very unprofessional. Don't trust them. All the 5 star reviews are fake. All cars have problem they even change milages etc.

Do not use this company absolutely shocking brought a car there they said they would do all checks before we left obviously they didn’t took the car to another garage because all they do is lie it had 26 faults on it we wanted our money back within the 30 days they wouldn’t honour it sold the car after 4 months and made a substantial loss because there were so many faults and things wrong with the car They don’t answer emails either or return calls DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I bought a vehicle from them and after 3 days i went to get it, the vehicle wasnt there and i discuss that they sold it twice! Until today they say that they will bring me other car. They dont answer the phone. Dont trust them, they are idiots!

I will need to share my story ,, purchased a car since 10 August S Class All payments sorted agreed with sales staff to collect the car . Got in the on the day to collect the car as agreed 4 days before and got to know non of the staff are aware of a car needs to be ready for collection - no service done - no cleaning done - no polish done - Erros on the dashboards . till this moment the car is will with them and everyday I hear tomorrow we will have a update and tomorrow comes and say tomorrow we have an update and the the same . Different story everytime , first we can get it repaired and after no mercedes is the only company can get is all sorted it looks like the dashboard erros require replacement parts , on other date different story some staff says it went to mercedes and some staff sayss no we will get it done ,, I lost trust with this Company please I advice do not get a car from there . Still hoping that i willl get the car as i have purchased it and didnt even manage to enjot driving it . its been now almost 3 weeks and they keeep saying different stories everyday .. the car was never checked by staff before getting it ready to be collected by the client . customer service very very bad and empty promises , stand quote dnt worry we will get it done for you and 15 days have been passed and I cant even get a confiremd update on my car and where has it been etc . very bad

What is really strange about this company, is the moment they get a negative review (and they do, rightly so) a number of 5* review pop up immediately. The owner of this company is evasive and invisible, will not take calls EVER and when you try to uphold the rights of my clients/ his consumers, he invents fake staff to try and throw you off the trail. All in all one of the most difficult and awkward companies I have the displeasure of dealing with. I would avoid them until they mop up the mess with their complaints. AVOID this place. Not worth saving a few bucks or thinking you getting the car of your dreams. You are not. I called and asked about a car advertised and when I traveled 100 miles to see it it was very different to the pictures. Many scratches and small dents and excessive wear. Not worth the trouble. You have been warned
