Was looking to buy a car from this company and it was absolute shambles. Visited the site to speak to someone regarding a few cars we saw on their website. We got there and was told that the car was sold which is annoying. Why not remove from the website straight away? On arrival the approach from the guy was unprofessional for starters and seemed like he couldn’t care less. Eventually we found a car which WAS there and done a double check online to see if there was any hidden issues with the car. Which there was. The guy then told us that the car was totally fine and it was only due to the previous finance which would be removed once the car is transferred into the owners name. Fair enough. We began the process. Sent over the ID which was then wrong so the guy literally just ripped it and threw it in the bin. Considering that has personal information that is very unprofessional. It should be shredded. Anyway, Sent the deposit and was only given the previous MOT history of the car. No paper work, no signing of nothing which seemed a bit weird. Once the money was sent we was told we would be contacted the following day regarding the paper work etc. Someone had also assured us that we could get FREE delivery of the car. When mentioned to the sales person they said no way that’s not true… managed to speak to the person who made this statement and then told us that delivery would be fine AS LONG AS we left a good review on google 😂 The following day came and received no paper work or call from the company. We decided 2 days later that we had changed our mind and no long wanted that car. We made calls to the company requesting our refund which was promised within 48-72 hours. So we waited. 102 hours came and there was no sight of the money in the account. So I made a call to the company to ask where the money was and they said there was no refunded requested. At this point I was very frustrated as we had been waiting on the money for a deposit on another car (different company). I made several phone calls, seemed like they blocked my number when calling as it cut me off several times. Then when I finally got through to someone they where very rude and eventually hung up on me which annoyed me even more. On the 5th phone call we managed to speak to someone who actually was polite and was willing to help us. Eventually he said the refund would be in the bank 24 hours later from that phone call. (Bare in mind this was 7 days later) And thank god it was. From the second of arrival to the end i had a negative feeling about that place and turns out I was right. Avoid with all costs. PS, All the good reviews are fake.

Omg this company is a con after I paid a £5000 deposit for my car they tried to steal the money saying the car was sold and wouldn’t give the money back. They were so nice when they wanted my money but afterwards manager adam was no where to be found I literally had to drive an hour an go in then he still denied any promo until I got the actual business ceo mr Hussain wow if not for that they would have taken the money because they insisted I pay in cash. STAY WAY

Worst experience in my life,woman in that shop,I come to buy a car for 17000 pounds, that price was on autotrader, she rise the price to 18000 ,she tried to charge me a fee which on advertising was no fee, later she decided to charge me half price for that fee and she want cash for that,but later she cancelled the fee 😄and then she tried to sneak in my online banking, when I used a card reader, she even not explained about the vehicle nothing, jus putting fees for nothing, I am not saying about other people who works in there but this woman has to be in different place,I give her worst rating and people be careful wit that woman seler ,if you don't say nothing to her she gone charge just for the stepping in GCS car shop

Terrible service. The sales guy kept calling me Buddy and after asking a couple of basic questions it was obvious, he was guessing at an answer. I then filled in a request online and got no response. I thought and think, it was all a bit of a scam as the car was what I wanted and the price was O-Kay.
