Having recently viewed a nearly new car through Gemini Vehicle Solutions I wish to apply the following review: I found this company professional, polite and offering genuinely good all round customer service. They offer viewings on an appointment only basis which actually worked quite well with 'Nick' dedicating ample time and sharing in depth knowledge about the BMW I was interested in. It was a breath of fresh air not to be pounced on by a salesman as so often happens at forecourts and dealerships. I was told Gemini's business model is to stock desirable, well maintained often low mileage vehicles (with what appears impeccable preparation). My opinion is the car sold itself but the whole purchase experience was made so much easier by dealing with a polite professional company. Thank you RS

Nick is knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly, he cares about his customers and reputation. After purchase car was checked at specialist garage clean car with no faults found. I bought a volvo XC60 from Gemini Vehicle Solutions two weeks ago, Nick as other people have said is very laid back and straight forward, he only stocks nice vehicles and they sell their self's. The one I bought is fully loaded and you wouldn't find a better example anywhere. He gave me time to think about the car no hard sell and even showed me the interest he had in the car, also told me that no one else was coming to see the car that day so if i wanted i had time to think it over. But having worked in the car trade for 16 years I could tell a good car and put a deposit on it straight away. Even that he told me if i get home and change my mind he would refund it. Really pleased with my new car and Nick, would recommend him to anyone.

I was looking to buy an Audi A3, and a friend recommended this dealer. I was a little wary , as I had just been let down by a small 'independent' dealer. Anyhow, arranged a visit to view an A3 Sportback. I dealt with a guy called 'Nick'. I do have to say, he was straightforward and appeared to be quite honest. I say this because he did not give me a hard sell - he just said that he was confident that the car would sell itself, as it was a great example. I loved the car, but as a matter of principle I did not want to be over eager and commit immediately. Nick was fine about it, and even gave me some heads-up about what to look for when viewing other cars. I sat on my hands for 2 days (very difficult, as I am normally very impulsive !), then called to confirm a sale. Thanks Nick, for making it a very pleasant and amiable experience.
