Bought a 4x4 from the team Backend of 2021 and I must say the service, sales and after care was and is outstanding.. identified a small problem with the vehicle, they took it back no quibble and sorted the niggle I had and replaced something else they noticed as a potential issue as part the warranty. One of the best vehicles I’ve owned. I now use them for the servicing of my other two 4x4. As a farmer I rely on my vehicles to be tip top. The team at GJ4x4 answer the call and sort the issues for me. Most recently lost a number plate on a trailer, Gave then a ring on the off chance they could help. They had a new one ready for me within the hour. Outstanding service, excellent prices. My go to for all my 4x4 needs.

Bought an expensive vehicle,which came with incorrect service record`s and when there was problems could not care less.Constant problems with vehicle. Geraint Jones would not take the vehicle back as a part exchange. Had bought two vehicles from this dealer and refused to take either back as a part exchange.This is the first dealer in 30 years I have ever come across that would not take there own supplied vehicles back.
I BOUGHT A USED PICKUP FROM GERAINT JONES, I WENT THERE BECAUSE I HAD HEARD THAT THEIR VEHICLES AND THEIR AFTER SALES SUPPORT WERE FANTASTIC. I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED THE VEHICLE WAS IMMACULATE, AS WAS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY GAVIN AND THE LADY WHO I DEALT WITH ON THE PHONE WHO'S NAME I'VE FORGOTTEN (SORRY). NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. ALTOGETHER A VERY GOOD, TRADITIONAL, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. SEE YOU WHEN I NEED ANOTHER PICKUP. I'VE NEVER DONE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK BEFORE, NEVER FELT THE NEED BUT THIS WAS A FIVE STAR SERVICE. THANK YOU EVERYONE.

It ok giving a 5 star review for a pick up just purchased you wait till you get problems then you will see a change of attitude.
Very disappointed hounded by them up to sale of 4x4 Poor customer care in fact they are quite rude on the phone when you have queries Would never go there again
