I'd like to thank Wade and the team for looking after us so well with our purchase. No pressure at the point of sale and plenty of time to inspect and drive the car. The one we bought unfortunately showed a fault very soon after, but the after sales support was fantastic in dealing with the problem and making sure a solution was found we were happy with. Very refreshing to have our needs taken into account. I'd highly recommend them and would have no hesitation going back again myself.

Rob at German Autocentre was amazing. We brought the car at a distance and were understandably nervous about buying a car without seeing it. However, Rob spent time talking us through the details, offered us a live video walkthrough of the car and kept us updated of delivery details throughout. When they found a small problem with one of the seats at the final inspection, they let us know and got it swiftly fixed before dispatch. This was very reassuring to us. Car delivered to us 200 miles away in Bournemouth at 9am on the agreed day. Car is great, was spotless on delivery and we are very happy with it. 5* experience.

This is the second car I have bought from German Auto centre and it would take a lot for me to go anywhere else now, the customer service is second to none, I also have all my servicing and MOT’s done at the garage and a curtesy car is always provided FOC so you don’t have to wait around. This time Joe was the salesperson I dealt with, I’m a fairly anxious person and he made me feel really calm when I took the car out on a test drive, he gave me his works number and I was able to message him anytime I had any questions and he always got straight back to me. I would highly recommend German Auto Centre to anyone, my son always uses them and he recommended them to me.

Bought a Volvo in parts exchange from my x trail . Very nice car . Staff were friendly and helpful. I would buy again from here if I was to get another car service was very personal no rushing to get your money off you really good customer service . The car is amazing very quiet and like a show room car
After car shopping for over 6 weeks we came to German Autocentre and they did not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic service from viewing to sale!! I purchased a car from the German AutoCentre in December. A few days after driving the car home there were a few minor issues. The issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Really happy with the purchase and I would purchase another car in future.

I found the car I loved on Autotrader - enquired out of hours. Got a call back nearly immediately! Spoke with wade who took his time to explain all about the car. We agreed on a sale there and then! Car was taken off selling sites straight away. I live 150miles away in London, the car was delivered for less that I expected. I am so happy. The car is exactly as it was on the add and all the additional videos Wade sent me. It’s been fully serviced and MOTed before it left them. Joe helped me tax the car and sent through the warranty docs ahead of delivery. 100% would recommend and if I ever was on the look out for a new car, I would go direct to their website!

Bought an Audi A3 for my wife from Joe. Car is exactly as described in add looks great and drives awesome. Really easy transaction from my first call to collecting the car yesterday great communication specially as I turned up a day early to collect the car and arrived at the wrong location 🙄 nothing was a problem.
