Excellent sales service when buying a car from here never under any of the usual salesman pressure relaxing atmosphere sales team let you look over the car at ease,had slight problem with car day after purchasing,after sales service just as good if not better than the sales service,thank you and well done to Wade and his team.Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a car from German autocentre, I had contact with several members of staff, all polite, responsive and helpful.
We opted for the delivery service as we live a few hours away and it was fabulous that they delivered our purchased car and took our old one as part exchange, easy!
I was nervous about paying by bank transfer and me and hubby sat laughing at the fact the car might not come, (scammers), but we can vouch these are not scammers, lol.
Lovely car, speedy delivery and top notch customer service! 😊

Their paintwork is as bad as their dismissive attitude. 9 months later and the grill and badge need to be completely resprayed. Not even willing to work something out or look at it.

Whilst Wade is offering £150 as a good will gesture, this is absolutely not good enough. I have already taken this to a specialist and who has determined that it was not prepared correctly before spraying. As you can see, their response is not to look at it themselves, it is to offer £150 which doesn't cover the costs of putting it right. Just beware when buying from them. There were other issues too which were never fully resolved. Just take my advice or you could be in a position like this in a year's time. Avoid!!!

I cannot thank Wade enough for the time and effort he went to for me when purchasing my car, even on New Years Eve. The service I received was second-to-none. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and satisfied. A genuine, helpful and all round lovely man. Highly recommend, I would use German Autocentre again in a heartbeat, thank you again!

Wade and him team (Mel) were absolutely fantastic. Right from the very beginning.. giving professional advice to jelpmusneith our choice.. to guiding us with the best option with the PX, we even got a courtesy car when the delivery date was a bit extended! Awesome!
