However, upon reviewing the pricing, it was only slightly better than what the local Mercedes dealership had offered. When I discussed this with the dealer, they highlighted a key benefit: Mercedes Sheffield includes 12 months of free roadside assistance with any repair, regardless of the cost. This presents a significant advantage for the main dealer. Not only do you get the reliability of genuine parts and expert service, but you also receive added value in the form of complimentary roadside assistance. In this case, the combination of competitive pricing and free roadside support makes the dealer’s offer much more attractive overall. I had tried the German autocentre a year ago but received no reply to my enquiry about work at that time. In hindsight, their response would likely have been a better option this time around stating being cheap doesn’t warrant a one-star review. .However, their reply to my review claimed it was a year old, which is BS. Their response reflects their priorities: if you're looking for a deal at the expense of customer service, then the German autocentre might be right for you. Incredibly friendly people, who made the process very smooth from start to finish. They were able to fit me in with little notice from me. Allowed me time to look around the cars at my own pace even though I had arrived late, for this they were totally understanding. I felt no pressure to buy or upgrade. They answered my questions openly and remained professional throughout. Also advised me on system maintenance for my specific make which shows me they understood the product well. Very happy with my new car, thank you!

First of all, the staff, Wade, Mel and Joe were incredible and the key reason this entire buying process went so smoothly! What I came to realise is that they value the quality and workmanship of the car above all else, as they will want nothing less for their customers. From arranging the test drive, to sorting out the part exchange and then finally driving off with the car, it was all smooth thanks to the team. I also really like the fact they generally add the black styling packs to all of their cars, making them look incredibly better than they did when they were stock.

I was looking for a new car as my existing one was beyond economic repair. I wasn't having much luck locally. I had seen German autocentre online but had dismissed it as it was in Sheffield. Reluctantly I rang to make an enquiry I only dealt with Wade by phone. After initial call felt ok. Was sent some videos. Called again with more questions. All answered adequately. Rang 3rd time and ordered. Arrived 3 days later and was immaculate inside and out. If anyone 2 weeks ago told me I'd buy a car for that amount without even seeing in it person. I would told them you mad but there you are. Excellent service and process. I'm sure if there had been any problems on arrival. They would've been resolved adequately.
