Just bought used car from wade at the german auto centre and i am very pleased.
Wade provided first class customer service and made the experience so easy and straight forward.

Bought a Mk7 golf gti last week from Wade at German Auto Centre, said he would Mot and service the car ready for pick up, got there, they had fitted brakes discs and pads, all round, 2 new tyres, top grade, new thermostat, water pump, aux belt. Not expected, so i was made up. I noticed the wheel brace was missin (not their fault). He didnt hesitate to find me 1 within tens mins. Great service, i highly reccomend them. Even considering goin back for next service, even tho its 80 mile round trip.

It’s not very often I use my own money to make a large purchase although Wade assured me the dealership was as reputable as the reviews suggested. Wade even held the car for me with the standard deposit, despite that I was just about to go on holiday and disappear for ten days. I really wanted the car, so that was a nice gesture. It’s been a month since purchase and the car has been brilliant. I’m also fortunate enough to know an auto wizard who gave it a full independent inspection a few days after I bought it and he gave the car a resounding tick of approval with only two maintenance jobs needed. A perished alternator belt (£18) and a washer pump (£9). All in all he said I’d bagged a brilliant deal for the price and the mileage. Car dealerships and car salesmen still have the same reputation as lawyers and tax collectors and most of us regard them with a healthy scepticism while keeping our guard up. Wade smashed the stereotype for me and got me to part with cash, save money and bag a superb vehicle I’m really happy with. You can add my name to the long list of five star reviews with thanks!

Recently bought a Seat Leon FR from Hillbrook Motors. I spoke to Wade a couple of days before and he assured me he would keep hold of the car for us to come and look at. Wade welcomed us soon as we got there and we took the car for a test drive. The car was a reasonable price and in great condition as seen on the pictures, and also clean inside and and out. Highly recommend this family business and would happily use again with pleasure.

Great friendly service, was no pressure at all, was left to give the vehicle a good check over, not hassled in any way, really good experience buying from Hillbrook motors and was followed with a message after a couple of days just to make sure everything was ok. Great service highly recommended
