A problem occurred with my vehicle outside of the warranty, however due to it's relevance was dealt with in an agreable way. I will have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from The German Auto Centre

I emailed German Autocentre to reserve a car late Saturday night. I had a call by 9 on Sunday from Joe to start the ball rolling. Throughout the process, joe was always available and the car was delivered within the week. Fantastic service smooth with no issues at all.

I came across German Autocentre via my finance provider. They had a car which fitted my needs perfectly after weeks of searching. Before the sale went through, the guys were happy to answer any questions I had. Unusually for me, I didn't view the car before I bought due to time constraints. I needn't have been worried! The service was top class. Everything was smooth and straightforward. They dealt efficiently with the finance company and arranged a very well priced delivery service. When the car was delivered, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful, giving me a full demo of the vehicle, which was in immaculate condition. I did have one minor issue with the cars infotainment system, which could not have been seen before fully activating the car - but this was no problem for German Autocentre. Wade in particular was always available and replied quickly to any queries. He arranged for a repair, which sorted my issue quickly. I would 100% recommend German Autocentre to anyone looking to buy a reliable vehicle. They will definitely be my first port of call of my next car.

Viewed the car online, the sales team were extremely helpful and left me to it wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. I used a 3rd party finance team and at no point did they pressure me into using their finance provider! Travelled from Cornwall to collect the car, which was as I said in the sales office “it does what is says on the tin” it was prepared ready hit collection and was as stated online. Couldn’t ask for a better service, woukd highly consider using German Autocentre again.

I’ve just recently bought a car from here , the staff can’t do enough for you ! They give you all the time and answer all questions you ask . The vehicles are in impeccable condition so well looked after , I really do highly recommend using these to buy your next car !!

When I collected my car, the SOS light was red, they immediately asked me to take it to the service centre, they thought it was a battery fault, it became clear on my arrival home it wasn’t. Wade one of the directors rang me, he apologised for the inconvenience, because I don’t live in the Sheffield area he arranged for a VAG group specialist local to me to correct the fault. First class service, no hesitation in recommending them.

I reserved and paid for my new car online - must admit was a little apprehensive about doing it as I would never normally pay so much for something I’d only seen in photos. However, the car was a great price, the service was great (thank you Wade and team), the car was delivered on time to me and I am delighted with it. Would highly recommend.
