We bought a Ford Kuga from these guys, it was a totally pressure free experience and they were very helpful fitting viewings around our availability. But most importantly when an issue was identified with the vehicle just over a week after we bought it they took responsibility and fixed it which involved them paying a dealer more local to us to fix it.
