AVOID! I definitely won’t be a returning customer, the standards have dropped dramatically. I have used this company a few times over the years. The last time my car was with them in October 2022, I collect the car and left the site to collect my kids from school. When my kids opened the back doors the seat were all lifted with all the battery and fuses all exposed. I called to speak with a manager a hand full of times, with the response I would get a phone call back… which did not materialise. These guys used to take pride in their work once upon a time, but clearly things have changed. I understand that everyone makes mistakes now and then, but for them to not even have the curtesy to call back, just shows they don’t give a damn.
My friend took her Mercedes in to get serviced she recieved it scratched thwy attemted to fix it but when they couldnt fix the stratched they decided to make stupid excuses blaming my friend which is ridiculous and taking no reponsibilty i know for a fact her car never had any stratches on it because i was with her before she took it there absolute poir service wouldnt recommended this company to anyone

If you value your car, don’t leave it with them. Mine came back scratched all the way down the back. I left my five-year-old white Mercedes convertible for an MOT. After paying nearly £700, when I got home I found a large scratch down the back of the car. I called them up they said to come in and someone rubbed off the black mark telling me it had all been sorted. I just had to take one close look at the car to see that underneath the black mark which had been rubbed off was a deep scratch in the paintwork. He then said that they weren’t going to take any responsibility for it as there is a sign up in reception saying you leave iyour car at your own risk. He also tried to blame me because I didn’t wash the car before I brought it into them. When I factor in the courtesy car that I would have had a Mercedes and the money it’s going to cost me to have the bodywork repaired, It would have cost me less at Mercedes and I would have been treated with respect not as if I were a complete moron who doesn’t know how to take care of an expensive car.

I bought a land rover car from this dealer 2 weeks ago and as i have cancer and heart problem, I needed a reliable car and thought this was a good honest dealer They seemed it t first went out of their way to be helpfull it wasnt a cheap car it was hight priced than some id seen but they seemed to give extra garantees and! only have top class quality cars" But once they delivered the car to me and some things needed doing they claimed it left them ok (albeit they drove it from Leeds to Canterbury to me!) and that i would have to bring it back to them 250 miles away! I asked them to agree to get a local garage to look at it deal with it and they refused claiming it was "prob a friend of mine" and the dont use other garages! Basically they washed their hands of it and dont want to know . I have escalated this now to the Finance Company and will also be contacting Trading Standards in Leeds to formally complain. Please save yourself a lot of stress and dont buy a car from them! I made a mistake trusting the saleman Dean .

Hi, I do Not write many if Any Reviews as i do not tend to believe them & to be Honest anyone who knows me would probably say i can be rather factual - i tend to say it as it is.... so if i say Good you can have faith in my thoughts... I have used this garage now 3 times in the last 12 months ( 2 services/oil changes & new front brake pads - yes i have read the shall we say not too glowing recent review on front brake pads - my experience is the complete opposite...) I have also had my daughters' car serviced here (2 series mine 4 series) and very pleased on each visit. I think pricing is Very Good ( i say this having benchmarked the same job with 3 other BMW Dealerships and the pricing is competitive believe you me when i say the difference in pricing for identical work with a BMW Dealership was quite substantial i'm talking & can demonstrate with the BMW quotations around £100 as an Average - they use the Same BMW Parts...they follow the Same BMW procedures etc - Why Pay More....? i could say you Pay more for the BMW Coffee and luxurious airport style waiting areas - do you want to pay for that? me neither sorry i digress) This week i had to have the front brake pads replaced and initially booked in for Friday but....due to wear the "you must drive moderately sign came on after running out of miles to go before work is needed etc...so i phoned 2 days prior at 12.45pm asking if they could do the work asap as i was obviuously worried about driving more miles & thus putting both my safety at risk and my brake discs etc - the response was Brilliant.... bring the car in for 3pm & we will do the work....Tht in itself was very much Appreciated & even more so the work was actually completed within 1hr & 20mins - Well Done B&M Auto Leeds you exceeded my Expectations on all counts for what was my Third Visit I'm happy to answer any questions & i Highly Recommend!!! Arrived tat German Autocare Sales to view an Audi A3, the car was easily accessible for viewing. The salesman made us a coffee and left us alone to view the car. Straight talking people and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealer. Andy.
Having used German Autocare for years I was recently appalled at the poor customer service and rudeness of the manager. I was told to bring my car in for a new tyre to be fitted and that it would only take half an hour. I made arrangements at work to free up the time. I actually had to wait nearly 2 hours and when I commented that this was disappointing, the manager rudely told me to find another garage! No way to treat customers!

I found German Autocare Sales to be an average dealership. Didn't have any issues and got everything done for me. there was a couple of little dint's on the car but other than that it was good.

Really pleased with German Autocare Sales Ltd in Pudsey. When I bought my car they gave me a free MOT and when I collected the car it was fully valeted and looked great. No problems since I took the car a few months ago and for all other questions I have rated them top scores.
