Unfortunately the customer service is not the same after you buy the car from you. 4 months we had our car and was told it comes with standard 6 months warranty, according to the director of the company an engine misfiring is wear a tear and refused to pay out for cost, instead I get sarcastic comments to the point this person who claims to be professional refused to give me an email to complain to and hangs up the phone! Definitely would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The owner is clearly just out to pocket from you and doesn’t take responsibility after a sales made. I trust looking on trust pilots reviews before buying because we were blinded from the reviews he only chooses to advertise on the website being positive. There are many more poor customers like myself that have faced this same issue with this company and from looking into all the reviews the company has way more negatives than positives. Would highly recommend taking your custom elsewhere. Save yourselves the hassle!! Trust me.

I cannot thought this company at all from start to finish the whole process took 3 days from finding the car I liked and Chris arranging the finance and once approved getting car delivered the car was exactly how it was described on there website would highly recommend this company to anyone

Hi Want to start by saying thats the best experience of buying a car on finance ever. Went on website seen a car that i liked and applied for it. Easy process. Then got a call from Chris that made the rest off process very easy and fast.. Got the documents from finance company sent some documents and after i signed them. My car was ready to be picke up. Literally in less then 24 hours i picked my car. Nice and shiny. Exactly how was described on website. Met Chris ..saw the car .and in 30 min was driving my new car. Good at start but not interested when needing help

I sold my car today to Get a Better Car, they were open and honest on the phone, didnt mess us around. They arrived on time and seemed genuinely nice guys. Paid and sorted everything within 20 minutes (including test drive). Would definitely travel to Nottingham to buy from them when I am in the position of wanting a new car. They also pay £10 to charity on the car sales, very impressed, which is something I never thought I would say about car sales! Thanks guys.
