Not only was the purchase process smooth, but it felt very transparent and genuine. Furthermore, Goulam went out of his way to ensure that we were able to take delivery of the vehicle quickly at a time when we needed a vehicle urgently. He demystified what could have been a daunting car purchasing process.

As soon as we had contact with Goulam he was very helpful and accommodating. He provided us with a full video tour of the car before we put a holding deposit down. He kept us informed every step of the way whilst waiting for the finance information to come through. When we were collecting the car, Goulam was very friendly and professional. It was dark when we arrived so he took us to a place that was better lit so we could inspect the car properly and make sure we were happy before driving home. Overall a great experience and a happy customer!!
