I have had an absolutely terrible service with this company. Bought a car from them which went into limp mode not even two weeks after having it. They lied that they had done a service before they gave it to me however turns out the last service was four years ago and the engine oil was almost empty. The auto start stop in the car doesn’t work. An intermittent fault with the high pressure fuel pump is coming up and the car has went into limp mode twice when I’ve needed to go and get my daughter from school. Despite giving them evidence of the faults and the engine making a loud knocking noise, they are dragging their heels with the finance company and wanting me to spend more money on more diagnostics before they take the car back and at present I am left without a car. They also MOT’d the car on the DAY I bought it and the driver side tyre that was wearing thin was an advisory on the previous MOT just 6 months before and magically didn’t appear on the new MOT even though the tyre hadn’t been changed. They’re fraudsters. Absolutely no morals and left a single mother with no car and no way of getting my child to school in the village I live in. Avoid like the plague.
