From the first phone call, through test driving to completion and then delivery to me 60 miles from Mansfield, what a fantastic garage/ showroom. All the staff was fantastically helpful, polite and professional, they clearly deliver a message of looking after you. All the vehicles on display are amazing spotless inside and out, prices are reasonable, and to be honest I looked elsewhere for the car I wanted, the same car in other places and areas did no way compère to the one from G K Motors, Jamie dealt with my every concern, top bloke!

Brought a car long distance after a lengthy phone conversation. Was told the car had no issues and that it had been thoroughly checked but would also be covered by warranty. After delivery, first drive an obvious knocking from a front wheel was present. The garage refused warranty repair.

I purchased a vehicle in March and within 1 month the windscreen was leaking and then the start/stop system is not working correctly and the front/reverse sensors work when they want to and I had to have a brand new battery and the front seats need work done on the electrics and the vehicle is not even a month old, I will admit they did get the windscreen sorted out for me but didn’t want to know about all the rest until I wrote my review and then they said they would get it sorted if I took my review down, I told him don’t bother as they didn’t want to know until I put the review up. Also they try and sell you a warranty on your vehicle saying it’s the bees knees but it’s not as they told me they couldn’t help me on my problems, so avoid this garage as you really don’t know what you are getting.
