Sold me a car that needed a new engine costing over £4000! Once the car was sold they never replied to me AVOID

I would like to give zero star if i can. The car they sales is not up to standard. I bought a car in June 2024, but had to go back because of the problem in the car and ask to give me my money within a month because of the problem in the car but they give me almost £2500 less than that. Most of the car cost is almost £3000 more than the actual market price. They are not good company. Please do not buy car from here. There is problem in the car reg number MD15 FBA. Please do not buy that.

Glasshouton Car Sales has been a major find and the best after sales warranty I have ever had in 55 years of driving.. We have had 5 cars from here now and each and every one of them has been tip top. Ben & Ben can't be faulted in their no nonsense approach. No "Used car salesman" patter, just a good honest conversation. We tell them what we need and they recommend what's right for us and not once have they ever oversold us anything. I find it very surprising that there's any negative reviews on here, but some people just expect the earth. We don't even look at any other dealers now as we always know we'll be looked after when we go there.

Anyone looking for a car, under no circumstances consider Glasshouton car sales in the castleford area. Disregard any price they offer for part ex your current car, they will just offer you 20% less when you get to pick your car up. Unpleasant staff, bunch of chancers. If you’re a single woman going to look or pick up a car alone they will see you as vulnerable and their eyes will light up as they try to get as much cash out of you as possible. Avoid them like the plague

I have already left a review praising this company but they deserve another. Contacted Big Ben to say another problem with computer. Could not believe at first. Ben just said go and get a quote in Blackpool to sort out the problem then this will save you fuel not having to do a 200 mile return trip. Phoned back with a quote, no problem at all. Ben transferred money the very day, and ordered a fuel flap to be delivered to Blackpool. ANNE & MYSELF HAVE ONLY BEEN TREATED 100% PLUS BY EVERYONE IN THE COMPANY. THANK YOU ALL.
