I purchased a Lexus RX 400h from Glasshouse sales because the car was top quality, Full History and well looked after, the sales team were helpful without being pushy, allowed me to test drive the car with no hassle and offered a fair trade in price for my old car, the thing I would mention is I found them Honest and kept to their word in the things they said which is quite something in this day and age. Would I recommend them? Wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to purchase my next car from them when the time comes.

I have used Glasshouse dealer on three different occasions and have always been met with outstanding and professional service. On this latest time I had some trouble with the vehicle which turned out to be very expensive. Even though it was not covered by the warranty, Glasshouse paid for the cost of the parts that were needed. Bought an elderly BMW from them at a decent price. Two months later had major gearbox problems which I don't think they could possibly have foreseen. I took it back and was given a BMW with only a couple of thousand miles on it as a free courtesy car. They had the, very expensive, problem put right without quibbling. All in all a very professional honest company. I shall return.
