I rang in to speak to Brian, the representative on the phone called Brian and said 'there's some p**i on the phone', not even bothering to mute the phone! I responded by saying I won't be doing business with any racist organisations to which his response was 'no problem' Disgusting behaviour which isn't acceptable! The cars on site aren't any better than their attitude. All cars need work, bunch of scammers.

Caveat Emptor. If you are unlucky enough to find yourself at this dealership turn around and go somewhere else. I purchased a Skoda Octavia, which on the face of it was great value, only for it to have had a previous life as a taxi. The sales staff denied this but tripped themselves upon in later conversations. Having had the car checked out by my usual mechanic several issues were pointed out that Glenfield had supposedly rectified by their "trained" technicians. The work they carried out, replacing the timing belt, caused further issues. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, returned the car, and they promised to fix the problem. Having been promised that the work would be carried out by their most experienced mechanic asap by the General Manager, a week later nothing had been done, and promised updates never materialised. I eventually decided to return the car, as it was within the 30 days legal period, and arranged a date. I returned the car as promised only to face a refusal of a refund and a torrent of verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour by the other manager when I asked for an additional refund of the lost road tax and insurance cancellation fee. This amounted to a total of £75, This individual refused to refund the money and threatened to physically remove me from the sales office for asking for this but, mainly due to his weak nature, empty threats and over inflated opinion of his physical prowess, he backed down like challenged bullies usually do. I asked him to call the Police but he failed to do this as he was clearly in the wrong. Thankfully after I returned from collecting various personal items from the car, which was still in the workshop, I returned to the sales office and was refunded the cost of the car and the warranty (they are very keen to push this useless policy), but not the loss caused by the insurance and road tax cancellation. Thankfully the more reasonable General Manager did this without issue and rolled his eyes, as did the workshop manager who witnessed the aggression, when I commented on the unacceptable behaviour of his business partner. Overall if you plan to buy a car from this company be very careful. Be confident of all of your legal rights and do not be intimidated by this rude, unprofessional and aggressive business owner if things go wrong. Above all else takes notes of your interactions and perhaps record the conversations, as I did, should you chose to take further action as I am considering at present.

Bought my car just over a year ago. The only reason I didn’t get warranty was because I was quoted £300 for 6 months only! I’ve since had every issue wrong with the car that you can think of an spent an estimated of £6000 on repairs alone! This has now left me out of pocket and without a car. The funniest part is, my step sister within a few weeks of me also bought her car from here using finance. Since then she was quoted over £6000 for repairs but luckily got hers sorted as she claimed through her finance. EVERY garage I’ve taken my car too for repairs knows of Glenfield and knows of people who have purchased vehicles from here to be ripped of like I was. Would love to hand my old car in and get my money back but Glenfield don’t take responsibility. Get this place shut down.

Got a ford focus from here, great service couple of issues after getting the car, one being the turbo went but the guys were great and sorted everything would definitely recommend

We had made arrangements to be there at eleven and it was three so I said my sorries and John was very nice and went to get the wee red car wee wanted. In the meantime a very rude woman was being completely unreasonable and tried to involve me nae chance. The men from the garage were being more polite than I would have been. PMT says it all. We had a blast what a blooming laugh, we left with a beautiful car that not red, but brilliant white and very pretty. These guys made buying our car a day to sign at for a long time. The moaning mini called them cowboys, NO WAY. A real trio of amigo's or Larry, Curly and Mo. Thanks you Guys. George and Mary😂😂😂😂

Dealt with Kenny from the beginning, very polite and friendly man. Even though the car already had a 6 months MOT, they still put a years MOT on and fixed what was needed. They are a very honest garage, and won’t hide a problem. We will definitely go back to Glenfields for our next used car, this is the only second hand sales garage that we’ve been to that are genuinely honest. Which is a huge rarity!

Had a few issues with the car shortly after buying but Stuart, Brian and Robert dealt with everything straight away and sorted everything. Very happy and would definitely recommend this dealership.
