I bought a lovely Mercedes Benz SLK from Glenfield. Despite being quite old, the car is in excellent condition and was extremely reasonably priced. The staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was no hard sell and I was allowed to play around with the car at my leisure prior to buying. After the MOT and service the guys put on new alloys and tyres, and even filled the tank for me at my request. Big thanks to Brian, Stuart and the others. They made the process really easy. I love my new car. Would recommend.

I bought 'at distance' from Glenfield of Kilmarnock and cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service I received. My initial enquiry was responded to very quickly, as were all subsequent communications. When my car arrived it was in even better condition than described. We've just purchased a used Ford B-Max from Glenfield of Kilmarnock. Even though were in a lockdown this company still delivered the goods. From enquiring over the phone right through the sale. This company deserves a pat on the back from the delivery and after sales. Rob delivered the car on time the only fault was it was dirty but that's due to the long drive down from Kilmarnock to Featherstone West Yorkshire over 200 miles. After looking round the car I noticed a damaged mirror casing. James who sold the vehicle couldn't apologize enough and corrected the problem straight away. The only one thing I could recommend is that they get a transport trailer to deliver the cars then they'd be still clean Ha Ha. I have only given 4 stars for cleanliness due to the car needing a clean. Thank you to all the team at Glenfield of Kilmarnock.
