Global Automobiles is the worst company I have ever bought a car from. Just after your money. Never pay a deposit by cash cause u will never see it again. Took 5 months to return and sort out my agreement pure joke. Stay clear of his honda accord it's a heap.

Thanks to the company and junior in particular for his assistance with the purchase of my Vauxhall Corsa. I have had it for 3 weeks now and have found it to be just what I wanted. when I bought the car, it was serviced and this service brought up several problems such as the window switch not functioning. these were all rectified before it was passed over to me. many thanks and will definitely recommend without hesitation.

Wanted to write a review because after so many years of buying cars from independent dealers I am happy to say that this purchase has been the best. The car is good, but I was mostly happy about the service I got from Ashley & Junior. I rang about a Range Rover Sport they had advertised for £14995. Ashley went round the vehicle for me and told me exactly how it would be (as I was traveling from Coventry) when I got there. I called on a Thursday and left a £250 deposit and opted to collect on the following Saturday. Car was as described. The vehicle had a 12 Month MOT (I requested this) and also had a Engine Service carried out by Global Automobiles before I arrived. I had a puncture on the way home unfortunately. I did not call to tell them about this because obviously a puncture can not always be avoided (in my case it couldn't because the tyre had been penetrated by a NAIL!) However, on Monday afternoon I received a courtesy call from Junior to ask how was my journey back and if I was pleased with the vehicle and service they had given. In this conversation I told Junior that at no fault of their own I had a puncture... I was surprised that Junior offered to pay for a new tyre or the repair of the old tyre... I declined due to my manners and the fact that it was not the fault of the garage... But I was so impressed by the level of courtesy that I wanted to write this review. I traveled from Southampton to Global Automobiles only to find when I arrived that the car had I dent in it, as I had earlier phoned and had a walk around from the salesman he told me that the car had no damage. When I got to the garage the car was parked very close to the wall I think they were hoping that I didn't see the dent. I was told that the dent could be sorted out for £35 pounds, I was not offered any money off, I still took the car and have had it repaired for over £100. It seemed a pity as the rest of the service from this company was very good.
