Promised a 6 month warranty which was never registered with the insurance company. The car I bought was a good car however it could go wrong. Don't buy.

GLOBAL CARS ARE A WASTE OF TIME! AVOID!! Having traveled all the way down to their showroom and being told over the phone the vehicle has full service history and very good condition of the vehicle was which a total lie! Front bumper was damaged, drivers side skirt had a dent!, rear bumper damaged with a parking sensor had fallen behind the bumper. All 4 alloys badly damaged! All 4 tyres needed changing! As for the service history every print out did not even have a single mileage record! After speaking to Joseph stating that this car does NOT have full service history as the mileage could not be verified there was no sign of interest apart from him mentioning how much every service cost!! Car has been at their showroom for 1 week the least you expect that the car they are selling is advertised as per their ADVERT!! Joseph insisted that the admin lady this admin lady that just a load of excuses! AVOID!! A total waste of time and did not even apologies for the time wasted! Absolute shambles of a company!

I am a returning customer . My last purchase was last year, Global Cars helped me find a finance company and arranged all paper work. This year I came back to part exchange. I was welcomed with open arms. Finance was arranged. I received more than I expected for my car. The service is on point. There is a wide range of cars to choose from. Most vehicles are low mileage and the website reflects the truth

Awful experience . Reported the company to Trading standards . Our son paid a deposit on a BMW and the night before we were to travel over from Belfast he was informed the car was not there and no one knew where it was. 3 days later and 1 week 2 days after our son paid the deposit the manager was able to tell us the car had developed a major fault the day before we were to collect same but at no time were we informed of that. ( An engine management light that signifies a major fault does not appear overnight on a trade in.) They refused to refund the outstanding travel costs leaving us out of pocket and our son without a car and a new insurance policy for a BMW that wasn't there . They stated it was not their policy to refund travel costs , please note these policies are not visible on their website and are not communicated verbally. Avoid this lot they are the worst example of car dealers we have ever experienced dont just take my word for it read other reviews.
