Thank you, Justin, for arranging our two new Citroën Relay vans. We are over the moon with them!

Contracted for a vehicle and remitted £630 initial costs. Advised of urgent delivery available ect but then Global Vans advised that the vehicle was now sold despite a finance agreement being in place. Tried to fob me off with a delay or offered an older vehicle. This company is either wholly incompetent or just lies to get your sale. Really not impressed.

Please guys make sure you dont deal with this company. They will ask for deposit and will never give you back. Three sales persons Names; ( Connor Lester, Robert Prideaux and a woman called Zoe Wilmort) scam in a day light and robbery. Do not pay any deposit in anyway of circumstances or its gone forever. You will never get it back. The team seating there are supporting them all the way. They will say we give you services and terms of finance you get shit nothing and you will be charged for the shitty scam services of Global Van. I tried to reach the team manager and official to report these scammers but no success. I tried to complaint, numerous emails and calls but there is no officials that can take complaints. My next step is to report them to FCA and Financial Ombudsman.

My deliveries are my bread and butter, so getting the right van is crucial. Just gotta say, Justin at Global Vans (ext. 104) was a huge help! He broke down the whole Citroen Relay lease process for me in a clear way, even though it was my first time. Super friendly and always available to answer my questions. Top marks for Justin!

Just gotta give a shoutout to Justin (ext. 104) at Global Vans. Leasing a Ford Transit Custom can seem complicated, but Justin made it super smooth. There was a bit of a hitch with the order, but Justin caught it way ahead of time and totally fixed it. Real lifesaver! Definitely ask for him if you're looking for a new van.

PLEASE avoid this company!! Absolutely disgraceful! Supposed to have the van beginning of may. Given a delivery date and then nothing… emailed, called to try and get some communication and a response. To then get constant lies of the next delivery date. Well we are now on the ‘definite’ delivery day and nothing!! My partner is self employed and has been relying on this van to arrive, this has now caused loss of earnings, affected his mental health and loss of clients. This will be taken further. Disgusting. Avoid like the plague! Worst customer service we’ve ever known and extremely untrustworthy.
