Takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write bad reviews but here goes.. I ordered a van in October and was told I’d have to wait 1/2 months more than likely 1. It has gone far past that they have ignored my calls my emails. I called up with hidden number and they answer straight away and said that I had been avoided because they didn’t want the be given me bad news they have my deposit and this is literally a nightmare. They are liars and even if I have the van now it’s a sign of things to come Please go elsewhere they’re are so many other places don’t make the mistake me or others have made .
Kieran was more than helpful and made the whole experience quick and painless, and got money out a Scotsman without anesthetic. Thankyou.

Wanted a new van, so tried Global.. They were very professional from start to finish, any questions i needed answers to they provided.. Would i use them again...... Absolutely yes outstanding service... And Justin who looked after me throughout, made the purchase go smoothly and without a hitch.. So thankyou for everything..

Be warned, DO NOT hand over your £550 for a van that may or may not be in stock , you WILL NOT see it again, even though they will tell you if they can’t supply what you agree and in the time frame you have they will give it back because they simply will not ! Do not not trust these people , They will just lie to you and mess you about until you are left with no choice but to cancel and then your deposit turns into the cancellation fee conveniently! It’s clearly a sales tactic to relieve as many people as possible of £550. Please don’t make the same mistake that I did !
This company has done very thing wrong at every turn during my bid to get a van they have lied to me on phone calls that I have recorded I have been more than patient and now I find out they didn’t bother to settle my old lease and I had debt collectors at my door and a mark on my credit rating the managing director jack Elliott had ignored my calls and bids to sort this out personally before going to the FSA and obandsmen and I have been called a liar on multiple occasions do not use this company I cannot even get them to speak to me

!AWFUL COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE! !AWFUL COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE! David is the friendliest guy to start with, once he’s got that sale in though good luck speaking to anyone. Once we’d placed the order with David a woman called Kate took over our order, how she has a job is baffling. She replies to emails 3 days after they are sent, with 3 word blunt unhelpful replies not actually answering the multiple questions being asked. Clearly not a people person and not sure she should be in customer services! Global vans will promise you a delivery date but DO NOT expect it to come when they say, also do not expect anyone to give you an explanation, or an apology or even a slight bit of empathy, once they’ve got your deposit money they are not interested in you, they’ve got other people to give false information too and they clearly don’t have time to be on the phone. We ordered our van in January. We were told it would be here the 1st of March, then the 1st of April and now we’ve been told it’ll be the end of May, still with no explanation. Shockingly we did actually order a van because we want a van, so we’ve cancelled the order because a 5 month wait for a van that was supposed to be 8 weeks just isn’t good enough as the van is needed for work. Being the terrible company that global vans are though they will not refund the deposit and are calling it a ‘admin fee’ which is a joke, we’re buying a Citron Dispatch not a 10 bed mansion. Also, if you post any negative feedback onto their Facebook page it’s deleted pretty much immediately and then they block your account which makes me question how much negative feedback they’re getting, as there is minimal positive feedback!! Absolutely atrocious company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Got a new transit custom at Global Van's. Dealt with a Guy called Neal what a credit to the company really helpful, very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Wasnt just trying to take my money wanted to make sure I was happy. Will be buying again soon to increase the fleet
