Very poor service once deal is done no will call you for delivery date and after calling many times I am still struggling to get my deliver Be careful don’t trust them until you have every thing in written

As soon as the deal is done, they aren't interested in you. Phoned them at least 10 times in the last few weeks and promised a call back. Had nothing.
Even through this epidemic, the person on the phone said he would work through thick and thin to get my order through. I'm glad I went with global vans.
Got a van from Global Van Solutions. Process was smooth. No pushy sales tactics. Quite happy tbh. Not sure why there are negative reviews. I definitely had a very positive experience!

I’m not really a reviewer but I had a great experience with Global Van Solutions so felt obliged to share. From the onset the assistance and advice was on point, price was competitive and staff helpful & not pushy. We received our new van within a week of making the deal which was great for the business. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Global Vans to anyone - in fact we encourage every business to use them so we get the £100 per recommendation offer ha! Great service, thank you.
Not really a reviewer but had a really good service off Global Vans so felt obliged to share my view. I was given plenty of choices and assistance and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Lead time was short on the order also - I received my new van within a week of placing the order which worked great for the business. I will definitely recommend to others and use again. Many thanks.

I have had transit custom got in August been in garage for nearly 5 months had no help from this company I am sick to back teeth of them paying all this money and they don't care stay clear people
Firstly my van arrived with two dents and filthy dirty. secondly there was a fault witht he wiring loom and i had 4 different faults with the van . I got my van mid december so approx. 9 weeks ago. The parking sensors did not work at all, screen in vehicle kept turning off, exhaust light showing and light for low break fluid. terrible customer service when trying to resolve the issue . You have to call many times to get a call back. sometimes they wont even call you back at all. still waiting to get one of the dents fixed. I had to take my van to a garage 40 mins from my house to get the wiring loom fixed. Ford had my van for a whole week meaning i lost 5 days of work . This cost me over £1000 not to mention all the clients i let down and stress it caused me. Not once have i been offered compensation for any of this infact they seem totally unbothered. To make things worse i had to pay for the damage myself which cost me £250 . i have invoiced them so hopefully i will get my money back. Please do not get your van through global vans . I have never experieced a service as bad as this in my life. I honestly wish i could just give the van back and go elsewhere
Global Van Solution are unhelpful and a joke of a company. They leave they name on the v5 so anything you need after gets sent to them, parking tickets etc, they just pay and expect the money from you when you have actually appealed it.
