Offered me a Nissan NV200 and told me it was readily available, never asked for my full correct details as a normal company always does prior to submitting a finance request! and put incomplete details for a finance lease application which obviously got declined, then they tried to accuse me of not giving them my correct details, I was never given a chance or asked to submit any details!!! they then did a second submission with my given correct details and it got accepted! so they took my deposit, then they called me to say the van wasn't available and tried to offer me all sorts of smaller vans with much higher figures and end balloons, they even tried to pressure me in to buying a van by telling me its the last one left and we need to get it soon, I rejected and requested a refund which to be fair was given back, however the now I have an issue with my credit file as it now shows I have had credit refused and am now unable to obtain a van from other lenders which now means I will not be able to start working and will loose potential income... I am now in process of reporting this matter to the FCA as I was clearly misled and taken for a ride.

I had numerous conversations with SM from mid August about options for leasing or buying a pickup. I was shopping around and was made aware by SM and other dealers that the price would be going up by £850 at the end of the month. SM came with various options and I decided and agreed to buy a Mitsubishi from them before the price rise, all documents were duly signed and forwarded, deposit paid and I was assured that I would get confirmation of delivery in a few days. I heard nothing. I emailed to SM no response, emailed again and copied in the MD AH (who had emailed me when I agreed to buy looking for proof of ID) - I still heard nothing. I tried phoning, SM was unavailable, he would ring back, he didn't. I rang again SM would be in that afternoon and would ring back he didn't (beginning to see the pattern??) I rang again, he hadn't come in he would definitely call me in the morning, he didn't. Here we are a week on and I emailed to SM, AH, and sales Manager asking if anyone was able to give me an update on delivery. Got to speak to a sales manager MS who can now tell me that SM made a big mess of the finance agreement and the sale can't go through, the vehicle is now £850 more expensive and they can only lease one to me and sell it on to me after 2 years. I told him this wasn't acceptable, he would check with the very silent MD and see if there was something they could do - he thought there might be, he would ring me back by 3pm.Can you guess what happened?? Yes, no phone call. An email to say they can't do anything better than the lease I was offered and he'll email a cancellation form for my deposit. So I wonder the following: When did they realise the mistake? Why did I have to keep on hounding them to get told of this? If I hadn't, when would they have bothered to tell me? Why, if SM was unavailable to talk could no-one else bother to tell me what had happened? Why, if it's the MD who sent out asking for ID didn't he either realise the mess and rectify or inform me? (He is a very quiet man I believe) When am I going to get the magical cancellation form? The form for buying was produced as I spoke on the phone to Stuart, the cancellation form, it would appear, takes significantly longer to produce!! Received an email the next day from SM saying it was all his fault as he is inexperienced, so apparently it's ok to let inexperienced staff loose and completely mess up an order! Don't deal with these guys, their communication is non existent and they aren't interested once they have your deposit! A decent company would have owned up to their mistake right away and not just ignored the customer hoping they'd go away!

Since i start business, everything went 100 smooth with Global Van Solution. I found it great. Everything is ok, the only thing i would say is, slow on the pick up driving off maybe because its a diesel, but the cost on fuel is great value. I would recommend the Citroen Nemo and Global Van Solution to everyone
