I have had transit custom got in August been in garage for nearly 5 months had no help from this company I am sick to back teeth of them paying all this money and they don't care stay clear people
Firstly my van arrived with two dents and filthy dirty. secondly there was a fault witht he wiring loom and i had 4 different faults with the van . I got my van mid december so approx. 9 weeks ago. The parking sensors did not work at all, screen in vehicle kept turning off, exhaust light showing and light for low break fluid. terrible customer service when trying to resolve the issue . You have to call many times to get a call back. sometimes they wont even call you back at all. still waiting to get one of the dents fixed. I had to take my van to a garage 40 mins from my house to get the wiring loom fixed. Ford had my van for a whole week meaning i lost 5 days of work . This cost me over £1000 not to mention all the clients i let down and stress it caused me. Not once have i been offered compensation for any of this infact they seem totally unbothered. To make things worse i had to pay for the damage myself which cost me £250 . i have invoiced them so hopefully i will get my money back. Please do not get your van through global vans . I have never experieced a service as bad as this in my life. I honestly wish i could just give the van back and go elsewhere
Global Van Solution are unhelpful and a joke of a company. They leave they name on the v5 so anything you need after gets sent to them, parking tickets etc, they just pay and expect the money from you when you have actually appealed it.
I had been enquiring for some time about a transit custom double cab. I eventually received a quote after a week or two, whilst the salesman was away (which we were unaware of). This quote was a little higher than competitors, so I had left it for the time being. A few days ago I received emails regarding my situation and was I still interested and if not they would remove me from the system. I also received an email with a potential 30 or so % saving on the same vehicle. I called and was quoted £198 per month...fantastic, great saving! He insisted I give my postcode and bank details for verification for finance (to get ahead). But then looking at the quote sent by email it was £298 per month. No cheaper than the first quote supplied and now history on my credit file. I politely declined the offer and have now seemingly been removed from their system. Global Van Solutiions are timewasters.

WORST service i have ever experienced. I am not one to write reviews, but if i can help anyone avoid the nightmare i have had, taking the time to do this review is well worth it. My van had finally died on me and being self employed i desperately needed a new one as quick as possible, as everyday i was off the road i wasn't earning. The van i was after was a ford transit custom. I phoned around three companies, Global vans, Vanarama and vans direct. I decided to go with Global mainly because the salesmen on the end of the phone was so helpful, and i was told they have the van on the ground and ready to go. I was going away for a week the following week, so i needed to get the ball rolling before i left. I was told if i pay the deposit that day, sign the required forms via email, all the paperwork would be taken care of whist i was away and the van would be with me within 10/14 days.....perfect. I came back from holiday and no emails or paperwork. I gave them a few days and called them and they said "apologies its a problem our end. we will sort and and be in touch". One week later i had heard nothing, so called them again. I got told they needed my bank details again as they sent them over wrong and that was the hold up. Once done i was told they will be in touch, once again....nothing. This went on for 5 weeks with very little contact apart from the odd email saying they will be in touch. Towards the 4th and 5th week i was calling them 3 to 6 times a day with a promise of a call back to get this resolved, rarely did i get that call. Half the time i was getting through to someone who really didn't give a monkeys and once i was even told i was lying bout certain emails. At the end of the 5th week i decided enough is enough and i wished to cancel my policy and go elsewhere, they told me someone would be in touch to cancel......it took me a week to cancel my policy and they said i wouldn't be getting my deposit back. I was fuming and demanded i get my deposit back after being messed about so much. I got told i needed to speak to the manager. It took me another week after calling about 6 times a day to finally speak to the manager. I eventually got my deposit back 4 weeks after cancelling the policy. I have never experienced such a poor service in my life. If you are a self employed tradesmen like myself id urge you to go elsewhere. This has cost me a total of 7 weeks off work unpaid, and with a mortgage a lot of stress. I Decided to go with Vanarama after dealing with Global Van Solutions and i had a van in 2 weeks. The difference in efficiency was unbelievable."

i will be honest, reading the reviews about Global Van Solutions worried me a lot initially, but when you read them i find people have more of a problem with the van companies than the actual business which i think is unfair really, and none of these reviews seem particularly honest as if they're getting robbed.After taking time and considering my choice i decided to give them a ring and i am so glad i did! Elliot answered all my questions and talked me through getting a van and i could not be happier, he communicated with me and didn't try to push anything or make me feel pressured into buying with him. Had an estimated time of 6 weeks but it arrived sooner than that which i was very pleased with as you can imagine. My best suggestion is to ignore the reviews and simply ask to speak to Elliot because you will not regret it at all! He also helped my dad buy a van and once again that was simple and straight forward, although he did convince him to go for an upgrade which is very impressive.

AVOID GLOBAL VAN SOLUTIONS AT ALL COSTS. Selected a Vivaro van for my business. Was told 2 weeks for delivery. Paid my deposit in good faith and waited. Chased company for info, found this very difficult, no return calls, no response to emails. Eventually after week 4 I'd had enough of the horrifically poor customer service and cancelled. Tried to get my £550 deposit back only to be told because I'm a limited business the same purchasing protection doesn't apply to me and no refund would be given. Daylight robbery. They should be ashamed, no morals. I paid £550 for their ineptitude. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I find myself in exactly the same situation. After ordering a Nissan Navara with extras then being given a registration number and chassis number on 16th April, 2019 I still do not have the vehicle 18th May, 2019. I have looked up the registration number on the DVLA website and surprise surprise it does not exist. The correspondence with Global Vans is almost non existent with the occasional short response saying we do not have a delivery date at this point from the dealer is as good as it gets. My present experience gives me the impression that this is either a scam or out and out fraud. email sent today requesting full details of the situation or I will be taking legal advice. My advise is if your looking for a lease vehicle find another company.
They took our money then upped the payments. We backed out as they are dishonest. They won't return our money
