It as nearly been year since I bought a BMW X5 M-Sports ( black), from Globe Motors. The owner, himself, was very friendly and helped me choose my choice of car. Until now there has been no problem with the car and it is still running smoothly. When i bought the car, the owner, reassured me that he checked the car to see if there are any technical faults. So I am very happy with the service.

When I had issues with my car from Globe Motors they were not helpful at all. They They refused to repair it even though it has only been a couple of weeks, I had to get legal people involved and they eventually agreed to fix it but even then they took their time. I wouldn't recommend.

Can't fault this dealership at all. I bought a Ford S-Max back in September and I have had no issues with it at all. It was lovely and clean and matched it's online description and the dealers made the whole process very easy and stress free.

Globe Motors aren't a large dealership, it's a small, friendly local garage and the man I dealt with was very helpful, we had a small problem with the electronics in the car but they were very good with getting it fixed under the warranty with no complications, happy to recommend.
