My wife and I were looking for a car for my daughter and we purchased a Nissan Note from the guys at Gloucester Trade Centre Ltd. We were greeted and looked after really well through the whole process. We have been to franchised dealers before, but this independent dealer looked after us as well as any. Would definitely purchase again in future.

I purchased a vehicle from Gloucester Trade Motor Centre around a couple of months ago and about a week ago i was a bit concerned that my tyre pressure light came on. After speaking with the garage they told me to bring it in and they got it all sorted with no fuss at all! The customer service both when and after i purchased this vehicle was second to none and i would recommend!

What a big mistake of my life brought a car from Gloucester Trade center 2017,the salesman promise a lots but they do only for their money .Faulty goods ,old used tyres in the car as safety is concern,i drive this car for only two weeks and sleeping infront of my driveway for months,when I call them they put the phone down.what a good customer service.when RAC check the engine oil was mixing in the engine and they told me this car is not safe to drive so I took this car to the dealer they can't do a diagnostics due to all the data has been erase and all the value had been reset and not considered to drive. Now I haven't a car for months and so much of frustrations unbelievable, so get phone the finance company to follow the procedure of consumer rights 2015 to reject and cancel the agreement due 30 days, I follow all the procedure still can't get a full refund until now.so I file a complaints to Trading Standard and ombudsman and still going.so you can see I just wanted a good car for my family but I end up with real dealers who going to rip you off all the way so please,please,please never go or recommend and of your friends and your family to go there by an means.

Bought a car from richard and have had countless problems with it and no attempt to put it right. Pushing me from pillar to post. Trading standards will be all over this. Avoid at all costs

Undervalued our part exchange by trying to show apparently obvious faults. The car we bought has multiple dangerous faults and the dealer (richard) refuses to deal with it or reverse the sale. He even has our old car up for sale for 3 times what he allowed us. Avoid this place unless you want to waste money and get no customer service.
