Avoid Glyn Hopkin - very poor post-sale service. Failure to answer emails, messages or telephone calls. When I went to pick up my brand new Kia in August from Glyn Hopkin Kia East London, there was a small dent on the car (yes that’s correct, not second hand or used car but a dent on a BRAND NEW car!). Dennis was very apologetic and said if I come back another day he will get the dent taken out. Naturally I was extremely disappointed, however as I had travelled over 200 miles especially to pick the car up, I had no choice to take the car and agreed with Dennis that I’ll contact him when I’m back in London again in the future to get the dent sorted out. For my inconvenience, Dennis promised to order a free accessory (windscreen protector worth only about £60) and post it to me. It's been 3 months and there is still no update on the windscreen protector I was promised. I have been chasing Dennis and Glyn Hopkin East London for weeks now, I have sent numerous email, spoke to 3 or 4 people and left several messages, but still no update. It seems they are not interested in keeping up their promises or even get back to you once they have your money. Very poor post-sales customer service, I would not recommend this company and will never buy anything from Glyn Hopkin ever again.

Excellent garage. Service department very professional in the way they deal with customers. I would give Olivia special praise, in the way, she handled my Nissan Juke service. Kept me constantly informed, as to how the work was going. In a very polite, and competent way. Manager Andy brilliant. 10 out of 10 for the way the garage looked after me. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nissan Romford customer service is appalling. First time buying a car from this dealership, initially all was great up until collection day of my car. On the day of collection we were unable to tax the car and drive it away as they hadn’t completed the MOT as previously stated they had. (They had a whole week to get this done) Was promised a full tank of full for inconvenience caused with journey made. Car was then delivered the following day after it’s MOT had been completed without the promised tank of fuel. Was then told that we were basically liars and that the fuel was never even mentioned or spoken about! Electric drivers seat was broken on the car and took over 3 weeks to get sorted resulting in the car being unsuitable/safe to drive. A/C wasn’t working, brake pads front & back needed replacing. All of these checks were apparently checked as part of the cars 84 point check that it gets prior to sale. Car was also missing the MOT paperwork and a whole service book. So the car went back to the dealership for the day to be repaired of which they did fix the electric seat, the A/C and the front brakes but completely forgot to do the rear brakes which in total was mentioned at least 3 times face to face with someone and mentioned in emails back and forth. Then we was accused again that this conversation never took place and that the rear brakes were never mentioned. (Even though it states this on the MOT paperwork that they completed at their dealership) Now we can’t get hold of anyone to get the brakes done as promised. Our phone calls aren’t answered, voicemails left not responded to and calls not returned, emails sent ignored and not responded too. Promised numerous things then do not deliver the service. They cant admit their faults and blame other staff members or us, the buyers, and then lie about the extras they promised. Has taken over 6 weeks so far and then last 2 weeks there has been no contact to get this all finally sorted. Poor customer service and dealership for a 1st time customer. This will definitely be my last time using this dealership and certainly won’t be making any recommendations.

Be aware if asked to leave £99 deposit to hold a vehicle. I did this, they sold the car to another buyer’ apparently they had paid the holding fee on the same vehicle, knowbody bothered to call and inform me, I received an email saying sorry we couldn’t help you with your purchase, apparently an automated email. I spent over an hour calling around trying to find out what was happening, left voicemails were not responded too, emails ignored, finally I spoke to a manager, who’s attitude was ‘ very sorry sometimes this happens and this time it’s happened to you. I’m still waiting for the return of my £99 holding fee. Apparently paying a holding fee does not constitute a contract therefore agreement, there ethic seems to be what’s in there best interest. This process started at the St Albans branch, the indifference seems consistent.

I saw a Nissan Qashqai on Auto Trader at Glyn Hopkin London Road Romford. Popped in, and spoke to Sha Hussain, he showed me the car, it was in the spec. I wanted at a price I thought was fair. He told me of all the options I had to purchase the car and gave me a fair offer on the car I wished to part exchange. They offer a one year warranty, a service and new M.O.T. After a week in which time they had also valeted the car inside and out. I picked the car up, Sha then sorted out all the paperwork, regards both cars, he then showed me the vehicle, which looked great. he walked me round the car and showed me the controls. He also said that if I had any problems to just contact him. Very pleased with the service I received.

I would like to thank Firasse for all his efforts finding me a car which I am really pleased with,nothing was too much trouble and Tom for explaining all the features on the car when i collected it making the whole experience pleasurable
Ronika is an Amazing Saleswoman, she took over from a previous MG salesman. She handled everything so efficiently and effectively, calling me every so often to keep me updated. She broke everything down for me, and knew what the car does and what it’s about. She is a Real Asset to the firm! I would send and will send my friends to her when they need a new car.
My qashqai had a service in ipswich branch at Norwich Road on 25-01-2021. When I get home I realise the near side has 3 dents and a few scratches,(deep ones). And a white powder where the dents and scratches are,they tried to disguised with it... After a conversation on the fone with service manager,Ryan rookery,I move my self to the branch,and for my surprise this person said it was not done here... I know for sure nissan damage my car. Also I question the manager about the chek list has no references to the dents or even the scratches, and that white powder. And he appear nervous with the question. I'm not going to do any deals, with Glyn hopkin and I will advise anyone doing your service there (Norwich rd),don't trust this no professional scheme. This guy it's not professional And it's a lier He shouldn't be at that position. I wish someone from nissan to contact me. This meter should be sorted. I try fone nissan a few times without any progress. The reason it's they cut the call. Very disappointed.

Excellent sales guy Aaron is explained all the ins and outs of a Nissan Qashqai that I have been looking at for my Mrs explained what options are available and what my price range can get me no hard sale here proper gentlemen will be coming back again to see him with the mrs wonderful asset to the company great employee thank you again
