Disappointed that 11 month after I bought a £23000 x trail and Gkyn Hopkin Nissan in Romford were not interested in even looking at it to buy back ! Even for part exchange ? They tried to make me have finance ! Then kept telling I was due a service ? Only interested getting what can at the time of sale , nothing more ! I just think they are wide boys ! Typical car sale Boycey.

I bought a used Qashqai from Glyn Hopkin Romford and had problems from day 1. I had a new engine a new wheel bearing & numerous visit for the stop start. Eventually they bought the car back at a loss of almost £4000 . I would never buy another Nissan

Reported a Fault to the Sales department at Glyn Hopkin Romford branch on the First Day of the Car purchased. Its been 2 months still not fixed. Basically they are just registering complain but not forwarding it to the correct department. We need to keep chasing them for the problem to get fixed.

Gone downhill fast. I have used previously purchased a car from Glyn Hopkin and would use again; just never the Romford branch. Visited to purchase a car and after showing the salesman better deals on an Email sent by Glyn Hopkins was told he was already giving me the best deals, clearly he wasn't. Looked at a second hand deal at £16,995 by the time he had worked out a deal he had added an extra £1,300 on for gap insurance wheel insurance and paint protection that was not wanted or needed or asked for; and hidden in the quote. Salesmen at Romford branch are driven for themselves and not the customer. If you want to pay more money and don't need any genuine deal then by all means use Romford, if however like me you are looking for the best deals available and a salesperson who is not totally self centred and feels he's doing you a favour I would go elsewhere and save £££££
Glyn Hopkin Nissan Romford sold me a damaged abused car as new then does cheap cover ups management don’t care as soon they got deposit whole attitude changes before deposit. lying sales managers who don’t listen, stay clear of this company they rob their own mothers for 50p.

Paid Glyn Hopkin Nissan in Romford to get a fault fixed, didn't actually fix the problem, had to wait another 2 weeks to get the car in again for a repair, then asked to pay over £700 on top of what I already paid. I was told they wouldn't have known about the real problem until they fixed something else first but this was AFTER I realised it wasn't fixed not before. Didn't try to help me out apart from knocking off £50, too little too late. When i returned to take my car away they also left the headlights on, good job I picked it up 30 minutes after they called otherwise they would have tried to charge me for a new battery too.

Went to Glyn Hopkin Nissan Romford the other day with my partner and my two babies, walk in and no come to great us, we new the car we was looking for so we see it in the show room and went over to have a look more inside, in this time no one has come over to see if we needed any help yet a couple come in and two sales man went over to great them we started to walk away and in the back room was three seals people sitting there just looking st us I never felt so uncomfortable in my life, well thank you for being so rude you lost out on a sale went to Basildon and was greated with open arms thank you Nissan Basildon can’t wait to pick up my new xtral.

Well this is my feelings about Glyn Hopkin Nissan in Romford..the courtesy car was good, I was told a total for major service nearly four hundred pounds, and online told next service free....bill over four hundred pounds..not told why I had to pay more than set fee..this price is 100per cent more than I was quoted..elsewhere..but I used them car still under guarantee..not told next service free, Felt this could have been a pull to get my service done.Main grip told by phone car ready..attended romford and told I had puncture..tried to. Contact me..but no evidence on mobile of call..how can it be ready with a puncture..ok not part of service, but should have been done for customer satisfaction paid for repair which was done..checked car..car cleaned outside but lots of dry spots, why because not wiped down..checked carpets.still dirty..is this a.clean or just quick wash and go..but good thing the wheels were cleaned properly..would you go there after this..you decide..robert wall.

I purchased my new Nissan Qashqai in 2014 and have used the Glyn Hopkin Romford branch (I live in Benfleet) for all my servicing etc since. the customer service has been excellent every time hence me returning each year to this branch. They have kept me up-to-date with any issues minor or otherwise that may require a check (free). I am puzzled by some peoples attitude to the Romford branch as I am not the most easiest person to please but have always had good service.
