I telephoned and spoke to the Assistant Manager with regards to a new Nissan Juke and are still waiting 30 days later. I have now purchased a new car from Bristol Street Nissan and would highly recommend them as being the best and also the cheapest.

I ordered a Nissan Leaf. The order form was very confusing and stated a sum of money which I did not recognised. When I asked about it they told me that the real price s the one I was told. At least I got this in writing. Next day I was told that the insurance deal is not going to apply for me and it was a mistake. Then I kept asking about the time of arrival of the car but no definite answer till today that I got an e-mail to go and sign the finance paperwork and then I would be advised about the delivery date. I thought I was bullied and forced to do something I did not want to do. Glyn Hopkin Nissan in Romford are only interested in the money and nothing else.
