Superb customer service from all the team at Glyn Hopkin Nissan , St Albans Branch . The staff are always polite, knowledgeable and very supportive . I bought this brand new car 2 years ago from this dealership and any issues , whether snagging or significant, have been addressed immediately and resolved with follow up advice and support . People generally only complain when things go wrong , but never really say it when they go right . A special thank you to the service team, Manager John, Ben, Szymon, who have been an amazing support, and also the service technicians too for looking after our pride and joy. Plus the sales manager Adam too . Excellent customer service . I wouldn’t now trust anyone with our Nissan Qashqai N Motion. This branch is now our trusted dealership. Thank you very much for excellent support from new , to after sales care.

I waited 6 weeks for a refund on a deposit I put down on a car I later chose not to buy. I had make weekly phone calls and sent various emails before having to escalate the complaint in order to get my money back. To add salt into the wound it was also refund to the wrong account. So glad I didn’t buy the car from them.
Very friendly, not pushy, stuck with the facts and explained options available for finance. The car was handed over as agreed and when I had a concern, I was helped respectfully.
TERRIBLE after sales care. Almost a year on and I'm still waiting for Glyn Hopkins Nissan St Albans to rectify damage to a brand new vehicle. Despite repeatedly contacting them for the best part of a year they are no closer to sorting out the situation. If you buy from them you'd better hope you have no reason to go back for any kind of support as they simply JUST DON'T CARE once they've made that sale! From the Sales Manager Ben York right through to the CEO Fraser Cohen - not one of them cares that I've been cheated into buying a brand new van with £7k damage! Even your own staff admit that your company will just sit and wait for customers to give up in situations like this. I've been sent to their authorised repair centre 3 times for a quote (so clearly they recognise fault) but even when they've assessed the damage themselves they still can't commit to paying up!

I bought a car from Glyn Hopkin St Albans from which it has a huge tear in the driver seat, a hole in the passenger seat, a hole in the back seat and a hole in the roof, it smelt of cigarette smoke and the car was still dirty. tried to arrange for repairs to be done the following day from which the dealership told me I had to travel 150 miles back down, where I would have to leave my car with them for 3 hours! I was offered no courtesy car and had to ask that my travel expenses be reimbursed. they also couldn't arrange for it to be done closer to home, they were taking days to reply back to my emails and when I have tried to take it up with the dealership manager I have point blank been ignored. I am taking this car back to the dealership and will be taking my business else where. disgusting customer service! they only want your money and your signature! after that, you are completely on your own! horrendous and distressed experience!
