Booked on line, received confirmation. Go Vauxhall Chislehurst branch did not receive booking. KEPT SAYING NOT OUR PROBLEM. Seems if you book on line you must phone to confirm. One of the worst customer service person I have ever spoken too.

Customer Service skills were very poor which sadly put me off buying a car from them. I felt like test driving a car was an inconvenience to the salesman. Not impressed at all.
Go Vauxhall chislehurst nightmare from start to finish (salesman Peter price) car damaged on collection , no satnav, not interested as long as they have your money nearly 7 months later no fsh manual after endless phone calls
Go Vauxhall in Chistlehurst were fantastic. They were so helpful and my car is very nice and really worth the money! I did have a little problem but I took the car back they gave me a courtesy car and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. This leads me to give Go Vauxhall top marks and a glowing recommendation
